Review: Before I begin with the complaint please try to understand my heart situation . I am in [redacted] hospital waiting for a heart .. I have been here off and on in August 2012 to April this year . In April the hospital decided to keep me here in the Hospital until a heart is available .[redacted] knew my situation and I never asked for special treatment , Just fair treatment . I bought The the AUDI thinking I was getting "THE CREAM OF THE CROP" AS ADVERTISED .Man I loved the car . She was beautiful . I asked how it was running . [redacted] showed me a clean engine a shinning paint job . I noticed the heat was warm not hot , [redacted] said it was only a thermostat an easy fix . We did all the necessary paper stuff and I drove it home .the car smelled like oil , I checked the oil all was fine .[redacted] did say he changed the oil,, maybe some oil dripped . Anyway It ended up being the power steering pump leaking and was covered . [redacted] had the car for over a month I had asked [redacted] before I got the car back if he fixed the heat problem , turn signals , grind noise when placed in park . My son picked up AUDI and all the problems [redacted] said he would fix had not been completed .The turn signals not operational , no park lights , warm heat ( not hot ) . The car would not start when I was at the hospital. I had the AUDI towed at my expense to Brickerville Auto . [redacted] said it started and I somehow set the alarm . Well now it sits at home will not start . I want everything [redacted] SAID HE WOULD FIX TO FIX . I want a CREAM OF THE CROP CAR AS ADVERTISED.Desired Settlement: The car would not start when I was at the hospital. I had the AUDI towed at my expense to Brickerville Auto . [redacted] said it started and I somehow set the alarm . Well now it sits at home will not start( AND NON .WHAT IS THE MAGIC TRICK I want everything [redacted] SAID HE WOULD FIX TO FIX . I want a CREAM OF THE CROP CAR AS ADVERTISED. TURN SIGNALS WORKING PROPERLY , PARK LIGHTS WORKING PROPERLY , CAR STARTING EVERY TIME ,GRINDING NOISE REPAIRED WHEN PLACING IN PARK ( AFTER HE GETS IT RUNNING .

Let

me start out by saying we do sympathize with **. [redacted]’s medical

condition, but it is only relevant to the situation in that it limited

communication with [redacted] and his wife and son's involvement led to some

miscommunication that only elevated frustration in both parties. Let me

also note that this purchase was made on 4/12/12(over a year ago).

Review: Purchased 2007 volkswagon gti in April 2013. Was purchased with major oil leak. Took back to dealer and he said repair was done and he returned car to us after 2 weeks only to find oil leak had not been repaired and had destroyed the turbo in the car and car was down a quart of oil in a week. Took vehicle to our mechanic and he confirmed oil leak was still present and that the turbo was shot. Called brickerville motors and indicated it needed to be repaired and [redacted] said he took care of it any any issue car needed to go to [redacted] volkswagon in reading pa 2 hours from our home. We paid 14,000 for this car and it was nothing but a headache. The repair was going to be in excess of $3,000. [redacted] did not do a vigorous multi check of vehicle before it was sold because oil leak should have been found. They indicated the oil had been changed before purchase and it had not. This is a terrible dealership and they falsely advertise they offer headache free multipoint checked German cars. He did not stand behind his product at allDesired Settlement: That they change their website saying they offer headache free car buying due to they only purchase cream puff cars and that they are checked over completely so the headache isn't passed on to the new buyer. Certainly wasn't the case. It was a horrible car and was definitely not checked over by a dealer
