I have a security alarm system in my place of business that was installed by associated security many years age I continue to pay them an annual fee for this system but they are not directly monitoring it The alarm goes direct to the local police station I recently had a situation where my office was broken into and the alarm was activated The police were notified via the alarm system The police then notified the proper person on the list to contact We arrived at the office before the police and they then came saw that there was forced entry and immediately began to process the crime They told us that they received a reset from the alarm and thought it was a alarm I have been trying to get information from the alarm company to help understand just how this could have happened They have refused to respond My only contact talking direct with one of their employees was less than professional on their part as they wouldn't even listen to my concern they just wante
On August we woke up to the loud security alarmWe tried to reset the alarm but wasn't allowing us to do soWe were waiting to get a call from Associated Security Corporation to ask for our password so they can reset the alarmWe knew at any moment the fire department will show upThe fire fighters arrived outside of our door with alarm still loud After they inspected everything and they left we were shocked that Associated Security had never calledI called them the day after I spoke with the central officeShe said she will transfer me to the "person handling these issues"I called left several voice mails and to this day have not heard anything back fro them
Now I am madThis is a careless actThis shows this security company is negligence and they need to pay because god knows I will not allow this to happen to another familyThis might have been serious and the alarm company was asleep
