That is correctBrickhouse did not receive a deposit or any other payment or funds from [redacted]

Dear Sir or Madam: Brickhouse Capital is an equipment finance company and equipment lease broker [redacted] , an originator for equipment leases and financing, submitted a credit application to Brickhouse for Mr*** Brickhouse approved the application to be structured as separate leases, each to be funded by a finance company to which Brickhouse refers leases for funding (Applications are sometimes separated into two transactions for a myriad of reasonsIn this instance, it may have been due to the amount finance company was willing to risk for this applicant.) Brickhouse notified [redacted] of the approval for leases, together with the payments and deposits required for eachTo commence, each lease requires a signed lease agreement and a deposit paymentBrickhouse received signed documents for one lease but not for the secondBrickhouse did not receive payment for either lease [redacted] should have notified Mr [redacted] of the approval for leases, the payments for each and the deposits requiredWe have no information as to the communication between Company and Mr***We further have no information about any deposits or other payments [redacted] may have received Because Brickhouse has not worked with [redacted] since approximately September 2016, we have no ongoing communication with [redacted] We have made effort to contact Mr [redacted] specifically about the refund you are seeking, and to date we have not received any responseIt seems the payee could be identified by a copy of the check remitted by Mr [redacted] or, if sent by wire transfer, a copy of the wire instructions, in order to determine the holder of the account to which the wire was sentFrom the facts recited by Mr***/his counsel, I understand why he seeks a refundHowever, he must seek it from the company to which he remitted it, as Brickhouse is not liable for the acts or omissions of [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Just to clarify, Brickhouse did not receive any deposit monies from [redacted]. Is that correct?

Dear Sir or Madam: Brickhouse Capital is an equipment finance company and equipment lease broker. [redacted], an originator for equipment leases and financing, submitted a credit application to Brickhouse for Mr. [redacted].  Brickhouse approved the application to be structured as 2 separate...

leases, each to be funded by a finance company to which Brickhouse refers leases for funding.  (Applications are sometimes separated into two transactions for a myriad of reasons. In this instance, it may have been due to the amount finance company was willing to risk for this applicant.) Brickhouse notified [redacted] of the approval for 2 leases, together with the payments and deposits required for each. To commence, each lease requires a signed lease agreement and a deposit payment. Brickhouse received signed documents for one lease but not for the second. Brickhouse did not receive payment for either lease.   [redacted] should have notified Mr. [redacted] of the approval for 2 leases, the payments for each and the deposits required. We have no information as to the communication between Company and Mr. [redacted]. We further have no information about any deposits or other payments [redacted] may have received.  Because Brickhouse has not worked with [redacted] since approximately September 2016, we have no ongoing communication with [redacted]. We have made effort to contact Mr. [redacted] specifically about the refund you are seeking, and to date we have not received any response. It seems the payee could be identified by a copy of the check remitted by Mr. [redacted] or, if sent by wire transfer, a copy of the wire instructions, in order to determine the holder of the account to which the wire was sent. From the facts recited by Mr. [redacted]/his counsel, I understand why he seeks a refund. However, he must seek it from the company to which he remitted it, as Brickhouse is not liable for the acts or omissions of [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Hi,             Below please find our response for the complaint id of [redacted]. Please let me know if you need anything else. Ms. [redacted] submitted an application through our website on July 28th 2015 and an email was sent to her notifying...

her that we received the application. Only July 30th, 2015 an email was sent to Ms. [redacted] notifying her that our program was not a good fit for her.  We’ve confirmed with her that she did not get the email.  We do not have an employee named [redacted], but we believe a business loan consultant named [redacted] did help Ms. [redacted] apply for a loan at Brickhouse Capital.  We believe she did this by typing her information on our online application and asking Ms. [redacted] to e-sign the application.  Ms. [redacted] gave [redacted] her personal information to do this and this is confirmed in the letter Ms. [redacted] supplied to Revdex.com. It appears Ms. [redacted] was confused and concerned when she did not receive a phone call immediately after e-signing her application.  We have since conversed with Ms. [redacted] over the phone and she is satisfied now that Brickhouse Capital is not attempting to defraud her.  Thank you,_________________________________[redacted] | Funding CoordinatorBHCap-Logo-Medium
