Review: live at [redacted] a rental property, brickman is lawn service they use. brickmans men shot rocks and gravel at my brand new 2015 car damaging windshield and fog lights. I filled out an incident report immediately right after I saw damage being done brickman assured me that they would do right by me and david H[redacted] acct. mgr. for brickman called and said same next day justin from brickman came out to see damage and was half interested in my damage but in his words he said "do you have a favorite body shop" "go ahead and get it fixed" I said I dont have one but will get estimateshe said we really f-d up and im sorry. but after calling him and dave for 4 days and the property maintenance foreman calling them they finally got back and justin said my boss doesnt feel we should pay.and that maybe I bought a 2015 brand new car4 days ago with the damage and rocks on it. he really said that! now I have 1400 in damage and they wont even return callsDesired Settlement: I want them to pay for damage they did to my car

Review: Brickman was contracted through a separate company to provide lawn care services to my apartment complex. After my lawn was treated by Brickman with an herbicide, I experienced health issues. I contracted the company and was told that they would keep a reasonable distance from my apartment. On June 28th, when Brickman arrived to treat my complex, I was told that they had received the message and would comply and only treat the surrounding apartments. (I live in a fairly large complex with several buildings). However, a short time later, the request was ignored and my building was treated. As a result, I have experienced shortness of breath, skin eruptions and muscle pain. Also, I was told that the complex is only treated three times a year and would not be treated again until the fall. However, there is a treatment scheduled for July 27th which is the third time in four months. This is extremely excessive and quite inconvenient for tenants like me who need to walk their animals on the lawn. If this treatment results in on going health issues and I am forced to take time off of work, I will be asking for compensation from Brickman for wages lost.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Brickman adhere to the verbal agreement not to treat my building with Herbicides. I would also like an explanation as to why they are treating the same area so frequently.
