Sirs,Attached is copy of contract, Paid Invoice and copy of check paying for the reroofing project. Yes we roof the roof at *** *** ***, ***, TX on 9/13/for *** ***, payment was made by check from *** *** and *** ***.And we have no record of

I am rejecting this response because:We (*** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***) purchased the ***, TX Post Office from Mr*** *** and Mr*** *** in January During the due diligence stage of the purchase we asked if the roof was replaced recently and if there was a warranty Mr*** *** provided us with the front side of the Proposal Only, we never received a copy of the Contract or the back side that included #6; that the warranty was not transferable, and we did receive a verbal acknowledgement from Mr*** *** that the warranty as expressed on the proposal was good for *** *** *** *** **.That all said, we question why Mr*** *** did not return our numerous calls since 8/19/when we were informed that we might have a roof leak We desired him, or his company to go to the Post office and assess the situation and make repair recommendations.Reality, the Russell Pajestka Company is a not very reputable and has chosen to default to #6, so we will have to locate another roofing company in the *** Texas area to service our needs

Revdex.com:Not having seen the contract that was an attachment, I was unaware of the stipulation quoted at item #6.  While I don't agree that this stipulation should be in a contract when someone does work for a person who has listed the property for sale, knowing that no matter what kind of materials used or possibly poor labor practices they won't be held liable seems to be improper and should be changed so show that the business is being run by responsible people.  However, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
