Mr*** felt as though he was deceived because of an outstanding payment we didn't account for on his previous Ford lease. After speaking with Mr*** he understands that in, no way, did we intend to deceive him or destroy the rapport we worked so hard to build with
him. I assured Mr*** that with proof of the exact amount of payments left we'd reimburse him, which he did provide. We have instructed our office to cut him a check for the remaining $balance on his Ford account which he was grateful for and accepted.I have personally given Mr*** my cell number and have told him that going forward he has direct access to me to ask any question and\or resolve any issue. He was very pleased with our response and truly appreciates the candor in which he was dealt with once upper management was made aware of the issue.This issue is resolved and would appreciate if you had Revdex.com update their records to reflect just that. Thank you for making us aware of the issue and we look forward to implementing new procedures to ensure this never happens again. Thanks

There was a misunderstanding or miscommunication concerning the 2003 Buick Park Avenue belonging to Mr. [redacted] father. The misunderstanding involves a repair to Mr. [redacted] Buick wherein a Miller Buick GMC technician corrected a wiring issue that was causing the battery to go dead. No...

parts were installed. It was recommended that in order for the seat to be fully repaired, the seat track would need to be replaced. Mr. [redacted] declined the replacement of seat track. When Mr. [redacted] complained about the seat not working, the Service Manager offered Mr. [redacted] a $200 credit to his Miller Preferred Owner rewards account which could be used for future service at Miller Buick GMC. The Service Manager was interested in retaining Mr. [redacted] as a customer in spite of the misunderstanding about the repair. Mr. [redacted] declined the offer from Miller. Miller did not under-serve or fail to assist Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] did not believe we understood his needs and disagreed with our recommendation for repairing his father's vehicle. We would be happy to fix the seat track on his father's Buick and are disappointed that we did not earn his business. Further, we understand that Mr. [redacted] spoke to General Motors about his concern and General Motors offered compensation for his recent disappointment and years of loyalty to General Motors. Mr. [redacted] accepted that offer and the matter is closed.
