Whenever the resident contacted us, we immediately put her on the Pest Control list to be serviced and they went to her apartment to put bait down After receiving this complaint, I sent maintenance to remove any trash found in the unlocked storage closets and I had the pest control company go to her apartment & the rehab unit as well (aptin same hallway) this past Monday, March 7th, The Pest Control technician found: no sightings and no droppings in the rehab unit and also found no sightings and no droppings in her apartment but, he did find empty bait station, so he put new bait stations down I also sent maintenance to her apartment to cover holes that she had found in the utility closet and asked them to check and see if they could see any other holes she may be referring to since she did not specify the areas besides the utility closet Her past requests for pest control did not go unanswered Under her current signed lease: if she chooses to break her lease, she must give us a 30-day written notice (we have the form at the office) She is responsible to pay back the free rent (rent concession) received at moand for the rent until its re-occupied or until her lease expires; whichever comes first and a fee of $ Regards, Wendy G [redacted] Property Manager

11.0pt'>I received your complaint notice today, October 14, 2014; in the mail (please notice the difference in our address- we moved June 9, and the name it was addressed to)I'm faxing the *** *** *** Control Service logs, along with this response letter regarding her pest control complaints from apartment #*** (*** ***)We have taken her complaints seriously and called *** *** every time to schedule for spray/baitHer apartment has been serviced on the following dates: 9/16/2014, 9/23/2014, 9/29/2014, 10/1/2014, 10/8/and 10/13/I had the entire building (units sprayed on 9/29/with a follow up visit yesterday, October 13th, 2014)Per the Technician for *** ***; the only time he saw anything (few only) was the very 1.3t visit on 9/16/(prior to her move-in) and every treatment visit since then; no evidence of any bugs were found in her apartment
Our property's entrances are off of N, Highschool Road and I do not have any control of who walks by the property or on the property at any time during the day or night (unless that person is causing a disturbance; in which, hopefully one of our residents would report it to the Police)We have many residents who do not own vehicles and work different shifts and must either use the public bus system or walk to workI do have Speedway Police Officers on my payroll; who drive through the property and walk through the common hallways to check and make sure everything is ok
Since we have done due diligence and responded to Ms*** requests; we will not refund Ms*** money; nor let her out of her lease without penaltyIf she chooses to break her lease, she will be responsible for the rent until either, her lease expires or her apartment gets re-rented (whichever comes first)

They seht out a check for and the refund is now I was told I would have the remainder an I still don't after the check amounts changed times and professional attitude towards me has changed I should not be misleading and I know that I am not theiron only victim I am stressing out because I have bad anxiety and I am very tired of going to this office everyday and all they have is promises I moved out Feb 15th it is now may 25th and still yet to receive a check they are mad because I called out their scam they keep security deposits and charge extra fees this is not legal and needs to be inspected this buisness is so unprofessional and unreliable they broke my lease with satisfaction because I was going to call the news because the conditions that I moved into werected unhumane

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be semi - satisfactory to me.  The complaint was put in prior to them finally providing me w/ a new stove. The many times they say someone came out they were not there long enough to noice that the heater part was not properly working. And I explained that to them MANY times. Even the office staff had to tell the maintenance men that theres no excuse as they were providing to not coming the times they did not come. Now they have ordered & input the new stove in but guess what the maintenance man left his drill there, never finished removing the things frm the oven. So I wasnt sure if it was properly or completely installed yet or not in order to use b/c the blue was still all around the oven, the stove brackets inside still had the plastic and pieces to the oven finally after trying to wait and allow them several days to maybe completely finish the job I just decided to remove the tape and things myself. Hopefully it has been completely/properly installed and nothing bad happens to me or my kids. Then it has been several days now and guess what the old rusted oven is right outside my door, I wonder how long its going to take for them to come and pick that up. Im not one to complain on a property or people just b/c I want to complain. These are things that I have every right to complain about. I did not want to go this route but maybe Wendy is not even completely aware of the extra stuff I have been through w/ this situation and many others. if you are paying rent to a property you'd like things done and again the oven just looks so disgusting right outside my apt door, its like the job is never completed. But I will say me & my kids were VERY happy to finally fix things in the oven. Thks for fixing it, it now actually works.

   Hello my name is [redacted] 10/8/2014This is complaint about the BUG INFESTATION IN MY APARTMENT, in the International Village Apartments, Indianapolis, Indiana I moved into the International Village Apartments 09/19/2014; I have a 2bedroom and 1bath with my four year old daughter my address [redacted]. On the move in day I saw a bulk amount of DEAD AND LIVE ROACHES in the unit, I WAS TERRIFIED!!!! FOR MY CHILD AND MY SELF. We have never had bugs in any house or apartment we have ever lived in, I asked the leasing agent what they could do about the bugs, was this something regular for the apartments and when will they be able to fix this extreme issue. At that point I was approved for them to come out for 3weeks to treat the unit. [redacted] Company came out on the 22nd of September and sprayed the whole building, and the building next to mine! I followed the list for them to spray, I removed everything out the closets, bedrooms, hallway, bathroom so that they would have full access. I AM STILL SEEING THEM AFTER THEY SPRAYED, then another on 9/30/14, then another additional time to put out some sort of bait food for the ROACHES, They stated that they are on the premises every Tuesday because they spray the units on a weekly bases, meaning this is a issue for THE WHOLE ENTIRE APARTMENT COMMUNITY that should have been a RED FLAG for me but I put a little faith into the apartments because I had spoken to the property manager personally and she said they she will do all she can, and please remain patient. Today is 10/8/2014 I am still seeing ROACHES they have been on the walls, in the cabinets, on the stove, in the bedrooms, IN MY FOOD, ROOMS AND IN THE MICROWAVE!!! THAT IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I do not leave food out on the counters or on my stove I clean before, during, and after I prepare meals. I clean my home with bleach, pine sole and other household cleaning products. I called the office yesterday 10/7/2014 about the BUG ISSUES AGAIN, because I was home for a short period of time and seen that [redacted] was in the building, and stated to them that I have continued to see the bugs in my home and I am in fear that my child will be harmed by them. They said okay they will make sure that he also treats my unit again. Well they never showed up, so this am I called and left a message stating that I was still seeing them and that they really need to do something about this bug infestation immediately or I will have to move to another housing community where I do not have to deal nor worry about bug infestation, random intruders walking the apartment streets at 1 and 2am, unsealed abandoned apartments where homeless people can break in and harm others (ADULTS AND CHILDREN). The [redacted] Company is supposed to come out this afternoon to treat the apartment again for the 4th time since Ive moved into the unit, I have not even moved completely into the unit because I am afraid that the bugs will be in all of my belongings so hopefully they will be able to achieve the goal this week and an additional follow up because I well call and make complaints about the bug infestation until I do not see any more ROACHES in my unit. So if there is anything Revdex.com can do or assist me with rather it be advice or guidance for this situation please notify me ASAP this is an unsafe home for my child I did not sign up to live with bugs that lived here before I did. This is an inconvenience to me mentally and physically and extremely unhealthy for my child. If this issue is not able to be resolved within the next week or two I would like a complete refund of the deposit and rent. 30days to move out of the bug infested community into a more safe and healthy community.
If the roach issue is not going to be able to be resolved within the month I need my full refund of my deposit $855.00, so that I can search for another place to live where my daughter and I will be able to live comfortable, without roaches crawling on us while we are asleep. Freedom from having to check the microwave of roaches, before heating up snacks. I can actually move in all the way and not have to be on bug patrol, constantly re-organizing my cabinets for pest control to come and spray or lay out bug bait. I should not have to pay for a place where I am afraid to be at home, try to have company over or even leave out and packing bags because the roaches will be in my bags, daughters backpack, my purse or food. I was offered to move into another unit, No I no longer want to live in this apartment community because of the lack of communication, or follow up with the tenants, a place that cares how I feel about my personal living space and wants me to be comfortable as well but in
