I have reached out to the customer and have scheduled the repair to be done this week.last December, when the leaks were happening at the chimney, I had told the customer that we would definitely repair any damaged Sheetrock as needed but I also asked that the customer reach out to me after a few significant rainfalls to ensure that the leak was fixedIt is months later that I have not heard from the customer until I read this complaint that he is still having a leakRegardless it will be taken care of.thanks
