I placed an order in the beginning of June with this company After 1/weeks I noticed my order was still showing online as "Processing" I decided to call the 1-number provided on their website - nothing because it went straight to voicemail So I left a message Something did not seem right so I decided to look online and low and behold it shows this company had complaints against here at Revdex.com! I immediately sent an email telling them that if I did not receive at least a status on my order I would pursue other avenues to recover the money that I paid them Magically I received a reply via email saying not to worry, that my items are backordered and will arrive from their NY distribution center and they would send them priority to me so that I have them in days of that emailI tried to call but of course - straight to voicemail So I replied to the email and requested a tracking number once the items were shipped days went by and the day before my items were to arrive I emailed them saying that if I did not receive my items by the end of the week or at the very least a tracking number showing they were shipped (my order was placed weeks ago at this point) I wanted a full refund Ironically, the very next day I receive an email from another random person saying I was "threatening" them and they were cancelling my order even though magically my items did arrive and they would "take the loss" Also, they said I might be better suited for Amazon SERIOUSLY????? A customer is asking for a status on their order after almost a month and all they want are the items that they paid for and they call THAT threatening?? I am sure my items were not there and I am sure had I not made the inquiries to my order this charade would've continued for much longer I do not understand what this company's motive is or how they stay in business but I have never experienced such poor customer service from an online store more than this one I did receive a refund and had they just communicated properly from the beginning none of this would've been necessary After the way that I was treated I felt it necessary to post this review I don't think anyone should have to chase a company for answers to their purchase or be left to wonder if or when they will receive it Stay away from purchasing anything from this company unless you like buying something but never receiving it

I have been a subscriber for a number of years Their customer service is non-existent as I have tried their phone number countless times and get a rapid busy signal The magazine, when it arrives, is often torn or damaged This last time only the outer cover arrived with no magazine inside The outer cover is an advertisement for ordering the magazine for yourself or as a gift Kind of funny, really I wrote them a letter and sent the outer cover that I received Have not heard anything from them No letter, no magazine
I advise people NOT TO BUY a subscription It is a decent magazine but getting it is hit or miss
I wish that they could be closed down and my money refunded
