To Whom It May Concern, this bride came into our store on 1/13/My sale consultant show the bride several gowns and finally found one she loved and within her price rangeShe said she needed the dress right away and she would purchase the floor sample at a 78% discount which came to $ We informed the bride this is a non-refundable sale and went over detail for detail our sales agreementWe also know the gown was a size and our seamstress could handle alterationsThe bride was told alterations start at $but she would need to schedule a fitting to get final estimate from seamstressShe was also told she would need to come in during the week as our seamstress does not work on weekendsAll of our consultants know this and would never schedule alterations on the weekend which are our busiest days unless special arrangementThe bride knew all of this up front before making purchaseHowever the bride called on 1/24/to request a refund and stated her friend purchased a better dress and she wants her money backWe inform the bride we don’t give refunds and she became very upset and had her boyfriend get on the phone making several threatsAfter the call the bride and her boyfriend decided to post negative defamation claims against the company stating we committed fraud against herI replied to her Yelp review stating I would cover all her alterations despite me knowing she only wanted a refund because her friend had a better dressI also told her if she couldn’t make it back to the store until the weekend I would arrange to pay my seamstress to come in and handle her on a SaturdayShe refused and demanded a refundI once again stated we don’t give refunds but I would take care of all alterationsAt this time I also in-boxed her on Yelp stating I spoke with my attorney and she could be sued for defamation as we received phone calls after that hurting our business.Lastly she attempted to do a chargeback but after I sent the merchant,the agreement she signed and proof of purchase they reversed the chargeback.Please see attachments of signed agreement, and Yelp message.Thank you,Steve- Co Owner

Hello, I have tried to work with this customer but she is not willing to accept any help but a full refund and I will not refund her back any money. Also she stated she was given her money back by her credit card company, but what she didn't tell you is they sided with me after I sent over all the required documents to prove she signed the full agreement which stated no refund or exchanges. She agreed to the policy and signed all the required documents as I showed in my 1st rebuttal. I offered to give alterations on a Saturday up to $400 and she refused. She is clearly trying to get her money back by making false claims. If the problem of her getting alterations on a week day can be solved by coming in on a weekend I'll bringing in my seamstress in this Saturday 3/10/18 to handle for her. After all her wedding isn't until September 2018 which is plenty of time to handle alterations. She is more than welcome to call the store at [redacted] and schedule an appointment. This will be my last rebuttal to this false complaint. I'm clearly trying to work with her but this is my final offer.  Thank you, Steve- Co Owner

$569.82.  We informed the bride this is a non-refundable sale and went over detail for detail our sales agreement. We also know the gown was a size 14 and our seamstress could handle alterations. The bride was told alterations start at $400 but she would need to schedule a fitting to get final estimate from seamstress. She was also told she would need to come in during the week as our seamstress does not work on weekends. All of our consultants know this and would never schedule alterations on the weekend which are our busiest days unless special arrangement. The bride knew all of this up front before making purchase. I am disappointed at the lengths this business has gone to continue to make up lies and show how unprofessional they are. I was told by staff member Angel the alterations could be made during the weekend. This was important to me as I solve about 2 hours away and work mom-fri. Later during conversations about the false promise the dress was sold under, I was told by Angel that she asked the owner if the seamstress could work a few weekends for me, and the owner said he would not pay for that so I would have to take time off work for these alterations or come get my dress and go elsewhere. Another lie by this owner is his comment about my friend finding a better dress? This is completely fabricated and I have no idea what he is talking about. I did have to purchase a new dress at a store, not from a friend, but not until 2 weeks ago. Another lie was that I needed my dress in a hurry; my wedding is in September of 2018, no rush at all. I was sold that particular dress because his staff told me it was last years model and could not be ordered in my size. So perhaps his staff was dishonest in this as well. Yet another lie is that the charges I disputed were returned to him. Discover Card found in my favor and the $564 was taken out of his account and put back in mine. This was determined 2 ago. To address further lies in the owners response, myself and my fiancé did not threaten the owner or business. When he own began calling me names and yelling at me, I and my fiancé explained that I would have to dispute the charges, file a complaint with Revdex.com, and leave my experience on yelp and the knot.com who is suggesting this boutique to unsuspecting brides. The owner said “go right ahead because you aren’t getting your money back”. So I’m confused why he is surprised I followed through. This man and business is unprofessional and has turned the best time of my life into a stress filled nightmare.
