these items were an oversight. We
offered *** *** a refund that he accepted and assured him this was not a
typical oversight and apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused
We are working with the contractor who purchased the Exteria product and should have documentation within days
Landscaping Company met with homeowner and walked the yard with her. She pointed out the items needing addressed. The area of sod pointed out by the homeowner will be replaced this week
