This is a responce in regards to the complaint made by *** *** and her bridesmaid dresses that were never picked up*** ' s
bridesmaids dresses arrived at the bridal shop in mid July and the shop did not close until Sept We were notified of the wedding being canceled on July by one of the bridesmaids when she came in to try on and pick up her dressThe dresses were actually stored at the shop for over a year not by the shops requestThe shop would not request to store dresses for a canceled/postponed wedding. We called the bridesmaids repeatedly throughout that time about picking their dresses without a responce from some/most of themWe also contacted *** a number of times as well about picking up the dressesFinally three of the five bridesmaids picked up their dresses, leaving two dresses remaining at the time our shop closed in SeptemberAgain, we only had two dresses remaining at the time of closing*** *** and *** ManningBoth dresses were kept and are still available for delivery.Please respond in regards to delivery options of the two remaining dressesFormallyBridal Essence
