Review: My wedding is in 3.5 weeks on the 2nd of August. My mother's dress ordered from there at the end of March. She was promised by the Associate (Roxy) that the dress would be in by the first week of this month using a rush-shipping which my mother requested. There were three people with her to verify that she agreed to having it in by then. We are now being told that the dress will not get to us before the July 22nd. This is thoroughly unacceptable. The dress apparently must come from China, through U.S. Customs, to Tennessee, and then to [redacted], Pa. If it arrives ANY later than that, no one will be available to pick up the dress until July 28th as we are going for a weekend vacation from 7/24-7/28, unless of course, we forfeit what we have paid for the hotel. The store already has $215 as a deposit on the dress, and now they are giving us a line that the dress, ordered on 4/1, normally would've taken 4 months to arrive which would be then 8/1, the day before the wedding. Who would've agreed to such an arrangement?! This is nonsense. My mother has called three times, never getting a call back from the manager. The last time she called, 3 weeks ago, she was assured, by the same associate, Roxy, that the dress would be in no later than the first week in July, which has now come and gone. An important day like this one should never be threatened by the BS of some business that clearly doesn't give a damn about it's customers.Desired Settlement: We only want the dress. Nothing else would do. They worked hard to get our business, all we want is for them to hold up their end. The dress was promised by a certain time, it has not been produced. Produce the dress! Especially since they've already accepted money for the dress.
