Okay so I bought my dress in January and have been making payments on it since. I was told it was the last one and the designer was not making anymore of them so I had to purchase it that night. Off the rack that exact dress. Yesterday I had an appointment for a fitting. I was so excited.
When they took the dress out of the bag it was pink and I said umm that's not my dress then they assured me multiple times that it was my dress and my eyes were deceiving me... so then I said okay it has been awhile since I've seen it maybe I am wrong. So they let me walk to to my mother and mother in law and my mom immediately says that's not her dress. Which reassured me that I was right, at this point this is when they told me that they had ordered me a brand new one as a courtesy without asking or telling me. I was told the owner wanted to keep that dress on the floor but then they said it was gone (the only reason it would be gone is if they sold it to someone else when I was told it was the last one) Then I was told the picture on my phone of the dress from January was wrong and it changed the color and this is the dress and I'm wrong. Then they pulled it off the rack but it was 2 sizes too small and no way possible that I could have tried it on.
I At this point I asked what my options are.
My wedding is October 10th of this year.
They offered to give me a different dress in their showroom but how can I trust them and settle for something I don't love.
I know asked for my money back, the manager called the owner(who lives in California) for my refund and he refuses then my mother would like to speak with him and he start yelling at us telling us we are wrong and we need to be grateful... then he brings up is taking him to court and says I love to fight then hangs up on my mom. At this point I'm sobbing and we leave later that night I get threatening messages from the owner. '

Refund I would like this business to refund my $875 because they did not give me what I was promised in the contract I signed. Now they are posting my home address online and the owner continues to send me emails daily harassing me.
Hi We have been trying to resolve this with the customer over the last few days and we have sent two emails and called the customer and have heard no response back yet. A day after the alteration and fitting appointment last week the customer posted several harassment and hate posts on social media to the point it started a large group attack us which is somewhat unethical and bad business conduct so we are dealing with that too and trying to make everything right. Today we sent another email to the customer with several options to fix the the situation and we are waiting for a response back. We are trying every way to make the situation better however we just need some professional response from customer. Thanks
