call from the Headpiece stylist inviting her to attend a trunk show to view veils.  At that time Ms. V[redacted] inquired about the delivery status of her gown, and proceeded to say that her wedding date was moved from September **, 2016 to September *, 2016.  She was now going to have a destination wedding and was planning on leaving August **, 2016.  Ms. V[redacted] was upset when she was told that the gown was due in in August.  Because she was nervous we called the designer and at an additional cost to us of $300. we absorbed the rush fee to get her gown in the salon by July *,2016.  This leaves her ample enough time to have all alterations completed at a leisurely pace.   On April **, 2016 Ms. V[redacted] called the salon and left a voicemail inquiring about cancelling her gown.  We attempted to unsuccessfully contact her to let her know that the dress is a special order and as it states on the contract she signed she cannot cancel her gown.  She was also assured that the gown would be in on time.  Ms. V[redacted] spoke with the General Manager of the salon on May *, 2016 and admitted to purchasing a different gown elsewhere. Clearly Ms. V[redacted] has had a change of heart and selected a different style to wear.  We have serviced her and cannot be held accountable for her change of mind.  I have signed contracts stating clearly the store policy.  If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at any time. Bobbi F[redacted]Bridal Reflections

Review: On 3/22/14, my daughter, her future step mother and I shopped at Bridal Reflectiona and ordered a dress for my sons wedding to be held in Coatsville, PA on 5/3l/14. It was explained to us that I would have to pay extra to place a rush order (4-6 weeks) allowing time for alterations. It was to be SHIPPED to my address since I had no way of picking the dress up (nullifying any alteration serve by their company- if not shipped there they will not do alterations). PAID by CHECK in full. Frustrated, on Approx 4/18/14, I called Bridal Reflections and told them to cancel the order because I didn't receive it yet and I placed a rush on it. I might be in hosp and no time to alter dress because I don't have it yet.. the clerk said it should arrive May 5-6, 2014 (Frustrated)-stated I didn't want it anymore- it hasn't arrived yet and I wouldn't have time for alterations. Rec'd call approx. 4/30/14 or after, from the owner stating that they rec'd my dress and I owed her more money because she placed a SUPER rush without my knowledge. She was to send me bill.(Instead of arguing, I said send bill but it was to be about $5.00. I rec'd bill for $22.38, for super rush and a shipping charge of $17.08-Totaling #22.38. When order was placed the dress was supposed to be shipped directly to my house. I did not approve additional costs or change in delivery address. I am expected to send the additional $22.38 before they will ship my dress and additionally limiting the time I will have to make my own arrangements for alterations - if it arrives. Can not wait until the day of wedding which they felt meet their obligation. - On 3/22/14, I paid by check $205.64 for the dress, rush and shipment of dress to my home as written on the original invoice. Alfred Angelo was supposed to contact them also due to misinformation of their ordering/shipping process. Please help me for a dress that is being held hostage for fees never approved or discussed until the owner could not fulfill my order as contracted 3/22/14.Desired Settlement: Refund of money paid. I had to purchase a different dress because I still do not have the dress I ordered on 3/22/14 that was to be shipped to my home within 4-6 weekes. I have 2 invoices and letter for documentation. If I am not entitled to a refund: I should not be help accountable for any fees that wasn't a part of the original order. Dress shipped immediately using fastest shipping method at their expense.

Review: I paid in full ($249.30) for a dress for a friends wedding. The wedding was subsequently canceled. I contacted the store to inform them of the cancellation. I was informed that the dress was still not available for pick up and was told that someone would notify me when it became available. I called the store again months later to find out that the dress that I had already paid for was donated because it had never been picked up. I explained to the manager that I had not been contacted and told her that I felt I had been unfairly treated. I strongly believe that had I owed money for the dress, the staff would have made sure to contact me to get their balance paid, but having already had their balance paid my getting the dress was not a priority for them. The manager assured me that I must have been contacted. I allowed for that possibility asking her only to provide me with a copy of an email or some other proof of their having contacted me to set my mind at ease. She was not able to furnish this and asked that I only go on her word that she was certain someone had in fact contacted me to tell me that my dress was ready for pick up and that if I did not pick it up it was going to be donated. Bridal Reflections hires people, and people make mistakes. I asked the manager to allow for that as a possibility and try to at least meet me half way. I suggested that if she were able to give me a discount off of my next purchase at the location I would be satisfied. She agreed to this. I should make clear that this back and forth that I held with the manager took place over weeks of phone calls. I would like to make clear that these were all phone calls made on my part directed to her because as many times as she took down my phone number and promised to call me back she never did. To this date I am still waiting for her to get approval to give me a discount. It has been weeks since I called and spoke to her last and have been waiting for her to get back to me still. I am left feeling as if the manager is trying to drag this scenario out long enough for me to give up on it and let it go. If this manager is any indication of the level of service at Bridal Reflections I am sorry to say that her word is of no value and if her staff performs in any way like her then most likely no one reached out to me to inform me of my dress being available or being in danger of being donated. The amount of heart ache, stress, time and energy I have put into this exchange with Bridal Reflections is not worth the money I paid for the dress or the potential discount that I would receive for it. I am beyond dissatisfied with Bridal Reflections and cannot reasonably expect to reach an amicable solution with them on my own. That is why I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is either Bridal Reflections furnish me with the dress that I purchased or refund me the $249.30 that I paid for the dress.
