MrClaggett made major repairs to the master bathroom on my side of a ranch double I rent There was significant water damage, both in the walls surrounding the tub/shower as well as most of the flooring The problems had been ignored for too many years He estimated it would take days; however, the more he worked, he discovered it was much worse than ever anticipated He was great about keeping me informed as the repairs progressed When it became obvious it was going to take longer than expected (it ended up taking days), he worked diligently to complete the work as soon as feasible Although it wasn't a complete remodel as I was originally promised by my landlords, his work was outstanding and it's almost like having a new master bathroom I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
