FYI DONT GO TO BRIDAL TRADITIONS!! I walked in the door and asked to try on a dressI told the lady that the bride was from [redacted] and I just needed to try the dress onThe lady helped me get the dress and brought me to the roomShe then walked away and didn't come backI had to walk out with the dress half zipped to find helpSomeone grabbed her to come backShe came back and suggested I get measured because dresses get stretchedShe said she was done for the day and would find someone elseThat lady came to measure me and then said "and that is $**"I was NEVER told at any point there was a fee to be measuredCall me ignorant but I don't get married every day, I'm not in weddings every day, and I've never been to bridal traditionsI told her that I was never told that I had to pay the $ [redacted] before being measured and wouldn't have done it if I knew thatShe went to get her manager who is apparently the owner and her manager was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNACCOMMODATING, and UNPROFESSIONAL! My concern was that I would never have been measured if someone would have just told me there was a chargeI told her I drove minutes to try this dress onI asked her why she wouldn't accommodate her customer, as the owner, as it was a mis-communication between staffNOT a miscommunication between staff and customer! She refused to accommodate meShe raised her voice and repeated herself saying it was "policy" to chargeI also repeated myself telling her that as a customer I would have liked to have been told about any charges before serviceShe said she can't give me the measurements because its policy to chargeI asked her why she wouldn't do something to help her customer when this is a company issue that her employee wasn't educated on the policyShe said this is the first time this has ever happened yet she STILL wouldn't accommodate the customerI told her that I would be contacting someone above her to complainShe said "that's me"I said " well that is horrible customer service"I also made it very clear that word of mouth and social medial is the best for businesses and I would make SURE everyone I could tell would know I was treated extremely poorly tonightI will NEVER EVER go back to BRIDAL TRADITIONS!!!!!!! [redacted] is a big city! I will go somewhere else!!!!!!!

The lady from bridal traditions measured me incorrectlyTherefore the incorrect size of my wedding gown was ordered
When I first went into bridal traditions *** helped me try on wedding gowns for the first timeI had a great experience with herWhen I left there I was unsure of which dress, if any, that I wanted from thereA few days later I went back to try on one of them and decided I would be purchasing itAnother gal measured me and wrote down everythingI even second guessed her and asked her if I could try on a dress from the same designer in the size she suggested for meShe was super confident that, that was my correct size so I left feeling good about everythingThree months later when my dress came in I was so excited to try it onI showed up at the shop and put it onThe dress wouldn't even zip up all the way because it had been ordered too smallThe dress was completely ruined for me at that pointIt looked terrible because they were trying to squeeze me in
