On 12/**/15, this customer called requesting a new key for a BMW We sent our BMW specialist to *** *** *** *** **, where the vehicle was locatedIn order to make a key, the technician needs access inside the vehicleAll doors were locked, so my tech had to use an air wedge tool
to open the door, a second simple process that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with door handleThe air wedge is placed in between the roof of the car and the door, then it is pumped to give a space between door and car roof so the tech can have access to unlock buttonAfter, my tech got the car open, he continued to cut & program the customers keyTotal costing $Customer paid cash and was given a DETAILED receipt, stating the services that were done, also acknowledging the ALREADY damaged door handle, that was there prior to my tech servicing the carThe customer signed this receipt and was given a copyWe have a carbon original copy on record

The technician did not INITIALLY AND ONLY attempt to open the door with an air pumpThe technician INITIALLY attempted to open the door via the cylinder and door handle, and because he was unable to get in that way, that is why he used the air pump to successfully open the doorMy door handle was WORKING prior to this job and was perfectly functioning in order to open an unlocked doorAfter the technician finished his job was when I realized that the door handle was not able to open my unlocked doorI tried to get in contact with the manager, but the company kept giving me the go around saying he was unavailableI even told the technician to give me some time because I was trying to get in contact with the manager and the technician stated he had no time to wait aroundHow can the Company claim that my door handle was already broken, as if I forgot that I apparently always had to go through the passenger side to open my doorThat is silly and this is terrible customer service
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

We were dispatched to this customer after hours. The customer requested a transponder key for a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander which we quoted at $95 over the phone, extending a first time customer discount. The non-discounted price advertised on our website is $125 for this vehicle. Once our technician...

was on site he discovered keys needed to be deleted from the car's memory. This information was not provided on the phone in order to provide a more accurate quote. The original cost to delete the key from the car's memory is $35 for each key. The technician charged $70 for all 4 keys. Our technician then discovered the customer had an after-market alarm system in the vehicle, which is an additional $125 to bypass.. This is a separate request from making a transponder key. This information was also not provided over the phone to provide a more accurate estimate. The customer received great service at a fair cost for what has been required of our company.
