Sorry for not responding earlier.  I did not notice the first notification.  It is my understanding that an appointment has been set with the owner on April 30 to evaluate the problem

Review: I placed a refundable deposit on a bridal gown on 6/29/13. I found another gown and asked for my deposit to be refunded 7/7/13. They told me 72 hours. I received my credit card statement around the middle of the month and there was no refund. I called at this point (unsure of the exact date but credit card bill usually arrives third week of the month). Again I was told it would be refunded in 72 hours. A week and a half later (unsure of exact date) I do not see my refund on my credit card, I placed a call again and was told 72 hours. It has been another week and a half and I do not have the refund. I called today 8/20, spoke to a manager that said all refunds go through NY office and takes time. She said she would call the NY office and get back to me by the end of business today. I did not hear from her. I will of course follow up again tomorrow. Seems to be a pattern of no action when speaking with them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my deposit to my credit card
