Brides on a Budget

We called a month in advance to make an appointment. We were told to plan for a weeknight due to prom. Appointment was booked, schedules rearranged, bridal party requested off work... We live approximately an hour away. We were excited for a fun evening helping my sister find "The Dress!" On the morning of her appointment, she called to confirm and was told it hadn't been booked. (It had, she called from my kitchen to make the appointment at my persistent nagging) The worker apologized and stated she was, "very busy with prom" and promised to see what she could do and call right back. Over an hour later she called again, thinking perhaps she had simply forgotten, to which she was told, "I will call you back in 5 minutes." Needless to say a phone call was never returned, at all. I understand mistakes can happen- But they didn't even try to remedy and it was their mistake. Very unprofessional.
