We initially offered to pick up the vehicle on Saturday after his original complaintThat appointment was cancelled, due to scheduling*** spoke with ***about rescheduling, possibly for the next Saturday or whenever was convenient for themAt that timenothing was scheduled, while we waited for *** to call back.When the customer did call to reschedule an appointmentwe offered to pick up the vehicle on Saturday, in which he acceptedDue to ***‘s work schedule, the vehicle was only available to us on SaturdaysBC Auto Body Incpicked up and delivered the vehicle each time.B.CAuto Body Inc, repaired the washer reservoir, the rubber seal was leakingThe let headlamp was adjustedper customer request’sHowever, the assembly was set pre-loss condition at time of the initial repairThe other gaps that the customer complained about were all set to pre-loss conditionagain at initial repair.In the complaint, the customer stating that I said “It’s Close Enough and acceptable”, this is something that would not and was not said by myselfThe customer was told to speak in an respectable mannerand to please stop yelling and swearingIf he continued, would not be able to continue the conversation until he calmed clownI also told the customer, since he still wasn't happy with the repairs and adjustmentsthe he would have to bring the vehicle himself to the shop Monday-Friday 8-5, or Saturday 9-At which point, he would be able to point out what he still was unhappy with directlyAt that pointhe became irate againand continue to rantI again insisted on him bringing the vehicle by himself, during business hours.We tried to resolve the issues he hadbut never met him directlyas he was always busyThe initial repairs went ?ne, however, this job became difficult as customer started complaining about gaps and adjustment, but never wanted to show us directly.B.CAuto Body prides ourselves on being a small, independent collision repair facility, who has been in business since Our referrals are our biggest advertisersWe try to make amenities for all our customersto have their repair process as simple and easy as possible.Sincerely,*** ***Owner/PresidentB.CAuto Body Inc

2001 Audi A4 had (original stock) fog lights and when my car was returned by B C Auto Body the fog lights were removed and replaced with two plastic grill inserts that do not even match each other. I consider this stealing my property. If needed I can submit pictures of my car on the tow truck the night of the accident that shows my car left with the original stock fog lights on.My wife [redacted] (who is the primary driver of this vehicle) received a voicemail from [redacted] with B C Auto Body on 3/20/2015. [redacted] called him back on Monday 3/23/15 and questioned him about the fog lights and [redacted]'s response to her questions was the same "I'm responding to the complaint [redacted] filed". She asked him what his response to the Revdex.com complaint was and he just kept repeating "I'm responding to the complaint" and wouldn't give any other information so my wife hung up.I would like the above complaint added to Complaint ID # [redacted].Thank you for your time
