Mrs [redacted] purchased a Subaru Legacy with 115,miles on itShe contacted us on Oct 18thto inform us that the vehicle was having problemsWe offered to have our shop look at it and do therepairs for her at our costWe also offered to split the cost with herShe stated she only had 100.00and no means to pay for any repairsAt that point we contacted the lender to see if they could help outand were informed that her car payment hadn't been madeIt was due on the 14th of Octthere forthey wouldn't be able to participate in lending her any more fundsWe offer extended warranties onour vehicles and at no time ever imply that the used cars we sell are under any warrantyMrs [redacted] didn't qualify to have an extended warranty financed do to her poor credit historyShe understood shewas buying a used car as is and that she would be responsible if her car had any problemsItsunfortunate that the vehicle is having problems but when you purchase any vehicle new or used thesethings happen Thanks for your time and consideration, Jessica B GM

It was due on the 14th of Oct. there forthey wouldn't be able to participate in lending her any more funds. We offer extended warranties onour vehicles and at no time ever imply that the used cars we sell are under any warranty. Mrs. [redacted]didn't qualify to have an extended warranty financed do to her poor credit history. She understood shewas buying a used car as is and that she would be responsible if her car had any problems. Itsunfortunate that the vehicle is having problems but when you purchase any vehicle new or used thesethings happen.

The check for Mr. [redacted] has been here in the office since Nov. 27th. He just needs to swing by and sign for it. We are open from 9am-9pm every day except Sun. We are open on Sun from 9am- 8pm. We apologize for any confusion but unless the customer lives out of town it is typically our company...

policy to have the consumer come in to pick it up to ensure they have received the check. We apologize for any inconvenience.
