To Whom it May concern:This is in response to the complaint ID's (submitted by a wife and husband team separately for the same issue) [redacted] & [redacted].They complainant's have issued a complaint that Bridge City Properties LLC made an accounting error and requested a refund from the client...

([redacted] and [redacted] - complainants).The tenants of their home moved out on 11/5/2016. We made a simple clerical error and had their move out date as 11/18/2016. The owners were sent a payment to them that was more than they actually earned in rent. I notified them within a day that we needed to get a check back from them. [redacted] began to send emails indicating they had no intention of returning the money. At which point I told them they had not earned the money and in fact the refund was due to their tenant. If they did not send the amount back to us I threatened putting a lien on their house. Thankfully they did the right thing and mailed a check immediately. BCP made a simple clerical error, however the complainants felt it was an error in their favor which unfortunately, it was not.Please let me know if you need anything else.
