Bridge Cleaners

Review: On the week of September *, 2013, I brought two black Lands End Quilted Lined Outrigger jackets to Bridge Cleaners to be cleaned. Each jacket at the time of purchase cost $79.00 each. I picked them up on the week of September **, 2013. When I got home I notice the zippers on both jackets were not working. They were working prior to being cleaned. I returned the jackets Friday 9/**/2013 and indicated the zippers were not working. I was told to leave them and the zippers will be repaired at no charge. I was also told they would be ready Monday 9/**/2013 after 5:00 p.m.I returned to the cleaners Wednesday 9/**/2013 to pick up both jackets and only received one. I was told by [redacted], the other jacket may be misplaced and I will be contacted when it is located.I called back Thursday 9/**/2013. I spoke with [redacted] and was told that she and the other staff are looking for it, and I will be contacted with it is found. My husband called Friday 9/**/2013 and was told the jacket had not been located. He left my cell phone number ###-###-#### with the person he spoke with. He was told someone would contact him in 15 minutes. He called again and was told the jacket had not been located and someone would call him back. No one called.I returned to the cleaners on Monday 9/**/2013 and was told by [redacted], that she and the other staff looked through all the clothes and the jacket is not on the premises. She said it may have been taken to the plant at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to be cleaned. The plant is located in Building ** at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. My question to [redacted] was why would the jacket be taken there when it was already cleaned? She said they have to look everywhere. She also mentioned [redacted] is the manager of the plant and he will contact me. I called and was told [redacted] was not on the premises. I called Tuesday 10/*/2013 and left a message for [redacted] to call. I called again and spoke with him. He said he will look for the jacket at the plant.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund $200.00. The reason why I want a refund is because I do not believe my jacket is at the plant. The jacket cost me $80.00 to be serviced, because the zipper for the right pocket also had to be replaced. The owners of the cleaners are [redacted] and her son [redacted].
