To our knowledge this individual has never contacted our office or left any voice messages It is not our practice to ignor or not respond to any inquiries The complaint does not list the number that she was using to try and reach us However, I will have our Collection Manager respond Her account is inactive and there has been no attempt from this office to reach her since April, This matter will be cleared up

I am a landlord with multiple propertiesI utilized another collection agency for years when the retired (out of business) and had decent resultsAfter they closed I searched and found ARO and their web site looked good and they sounded like they could recover as much (if not more) than my previous debt collectorI signed up, paid for the up front fee, sent hem a dozen old uncollected debts, and then as new ones came in throughout the year sent them inNever heard ONE word from these people againin fact they never even bothered to ask for a renewal because they knew I would laugh at their offerDon't waste your time with these people - they do NOT deliver what they advertise

ARO advertises a Free Demand service in which the client will receive the full amount (no fees) if debt is collected within days of debtor receiving the letter Since receiving a letter, I have contacted ARO times Each time, there was no answer and I was forced to leave a voice mail I have left messages Not ONE message has been returned I have researched the company online and contacted their various other phone numbers as well Again, none of my calls was ever answered and none of my messages were returned Obviously this company pushes the date of contact out so that they can charge the client a fee In the meantime, so called debtors are not granted any access to the company to gain information or state that the claim is in dispute Now I am sure ARO will respond with some wordy bogus claim about not receiving any messages That is not my concern as I not a clientnor would I ever become one Look at their so called letters of recommendation Of the limited letters (only 6), only is dated prior to and guess what, if you call the number of that individual you will get a foreign voicemail

ARO advertises a Free Demand service in which the client will receive the full amount (no fees) if debt is collected within 10 days of debtor receiving the letter. Since receiving a letter, I have contacted ARO 10 times. Each time, there was no answer and I was forced to leave a voice mail. I have left 7 messages. Not ONE message has been returned. I have researched the company online and contacted their various other phone numbers as well. Again, none of my calls was ever answered and none of my messages were returned. Obviously this company pushes the date of contact out so that they can charge the client a fee. In the meantime, so called debtors are not granted any access to the company to gain information or state that the claim is in dispute. Now I am sure ARO will respond with some wordy bogus claim about not receiving any messages. That is not my concern as I not a client..... nor would I ever become one. Look at their so called letters of recommendation. Of the limited letters (only 6), only 1 is dated prior to 2011 and guess what, if you call the number of that individual you will get a foreign voicemail.
