In June of 2016 Lilly Bug's Children's Centered contracted Bridge Fencing to put up a couple fences for our center, $7,400 worth of fencing. While they completed the job of the Infant playground, the electric fence has given us nothing but trouble since it was installed. The first problem occurred was the remotes would stop working, Bridge Fencing would come out to reprogram the remotes and then showed my employee, ***, how to reprogram the remotes. This subsided for a little while until the next issue with the gate, we were told will always blow a fuse, Bridge Fencing showed me how to change the fuse and said it was something I would have to do often. The last time it stopped working, after reprograming the remotes and checking the fuse, we were told to unlatch the chain of the fence so that we can open and close it manually until they get a new motor in because the motor was too small for the size of the gate, so we were told. The owner of Lilly Bug's, ***, the infant Director ***, and myself, *** have all been in communication with *** in regards to our fence not working. Up until October of 2016 is when I, ***, was the only one communicating with *** until she stopped communicating back to me. 8 Months later and our electric gate still is not working, after many promises from Cindy that they were ordering a part and it would be here soon. Cindy advised us to unchain the fence so that we can open and close the gate. We paid them $4,200 for this gate that is not working and have tried really hard to be patient, but their lack of communication, failed promises, and extremely poor customer service has resulted in this complaint. We run a children's center and the purpose of the electric fence was to enhance the safety of our center.

Bertha, I am writing you in responds to Lilly Bugs Compliment.. I would like first get our deepest apologies to them but, it is not all our fault. At the same times that we are only as good as our suppliers. The motor we installed should have worked for them, but they had troubles with it and we did go out there and made several adjustments to the motor. But, they kept having issues with the motor so we felt that we would up grade to the next modal one size up. So we unhook the motor, so they could still get in and out manually tell the motor came in. Then the next thing I knew my supplier ran out of motors both models. They kept telling me next month, next week, then another month this went on for several months. And then the company sold and needed to rebrand the motors and then they only got 200 motors in and at that time they sent them to there bigger customers first. Leaving a smaller company to continue waiting. We have just been able to get the motors coming in. I know that I would get text messages from *** at night when my supplier is out of state and I could not get updates from them at night. And then during the day I would sometimes forget, get busy and the next thing I would know is they were closed for for the day. I looked it up and we only charged them $1700.00 for the motor, solar panel, and remotes. So what I would seem fair is - refund of $1700.00 and we take back the motor, solar panel, chain, stand, brackets, and remotes. We would also like a statement in writing saying we are no longer responsible for any motors, and fencing at there location Thank you, *** Bridge Fence, Inc. Sent from my iPad
