I supposed that thought was never considered before calling me and screaming at me He immediately was rude and accusatory not politely saying I believe your were $short when you paid me By the way, I am a senior citizen No one should be talked to that way, but maybe he never heard of respect your elders My cash is short $- and I keep very accurate records of my money living on my Social Security besides that I was a bookkeeper most of my life - I gave him $which was the $purchase and a $tip for this young man He thanked me so much for the I tip, I patted his shoulder as he left and said you're very welcome Then among all the other nasty things he called me - like a liar and a cheat - he actually accused me of patting him on the shoulder because I knew I was cheating him out of $ This is totally unacceptable He also said I would never be delivered to ever again! Which I could care less about if this is the type of delivery person who might deliver I need a written apology from this ***

In regards to Ms.*** complaint re: Bridge Liquors deliveryWe have no documentation of customers initial complaint of the original overcharge, there is no receipt or invoice reference.As for the second portion of this complaint - we have been in business over years and this is the first
Revdex.com complaint we have receivedSince we pride ourselves on customer service, we looked into this with extra diligence After the manager reviewed the delivery drawer, it was in fact $short, therefore we cannot confirm customers full payment of said delivery Please note that we do not charge for deliveries and are provided free of charge for the convenience to the customer The employee mentioned in the complaint has been with the company over years and this is the first complaint that has ever been directed at him We do apologize, however, for any inconveniences the customer experienced.Thank You*** ***

[redacted]   I do not care about the few dollar over charge from a previous purchase.  What I do care about is the horrendous rudeness and accusations that this young man was screaming at me on the telephone that night.  Could it be possible that he dropped the $20 bill along his way?  I supposed that thought was never considered before calling me and screaming at me.  He immediately was rude and accusatory not politely saying I believe your were $20 short when you paid me...  By the way, I am a senior citizen.  No one should be talked to that way, but maybe he never heard of respect your elders...  My cash is short $47 - and I keep very accurate records of my money living on my Social Security besides that I was a bookkeeper most of my life - I gave him $47 which was the $41.90 purchase and a $5 tip for this young man.  He thanked me so much for the I tip, I patted his shoulder as he left and said you're very welcome.  Then among all the other nasty things he called me - like a liar and a cheat - he actually accused me of patting him on the shoulder because I knew I was cheating him out of $20.  This is totally unacceptable.  He also said I would never be delivered to ever again!  Which I could care less about if this is the type of delivery person who might deliver.  I need a written apology from this [redacted].
