My company rented me a two bedroom apartment. I lived there only one week when my mother got sick. I had to leave town to be with her. My company moved someone else in to finish the lease. When I moved in I put a $350.00 non refundable pet deposit down plus a $150.00 refundable pet deposit. When I moved they promised me I would get back my $150.00. But 3 months later all I get is the runaround. I wouldn't rent from a company that won't due what they promised. They kept telling me they had to get into the apartment to inspect it well I was there for one week and my pet is potty trained and have never ever peed or ruined anything. A month after I moved they told me they still haven't inspected the apartment. Well someone else has been living there for three months now. So if the inspect it now who knows what the new tenant has done. Bad way of doing business.

Bridges on Kinsey used to be great until they start getting new mangers over and over. I've lived here for two years & im ready to move out like beyond ready. They forgot to give us our rent bill and they want to charge us 100.00 late fee because they told us we should of called or walked to the office. That's there job! That's what they get paid for is to work!! They will try to make themselves looks good! And one last thing we have pest people to come check our apartment like twice a year. And they didnt give us a 24 hour notice and they let them come in our apartment without any noice the reason why I knew they came was because the pest people left there not on our counter. They basically broke in and enered our apartment. I hate this place.
