On April *, 2020 I saw a sign posted in the front window of this pharmacy that stated they were selling the N95 masks respirators. I entered the pharmacy and asked how much were these masks and if they were the real N95 Masks. The man behind the counter said they are 10 dollars each and sold me the masks and said they are the real N95 masks. I believed him and purchased two at 20 dollars total! I am middle aged disabled female unemployed at this time! The man did not give me a receipt when I asked him stating that they ran out of paper. When I got to my destination I showed my sister and she checked online and open one of the masks and said they sold me 2 fake N95 masks ! I would like my 20 dollars back but most of all to stop the false advertising and preying on people during a serious crisis! I was mentally exhausted and have anxiety knowing that they took advantage of me and probably of others I saw purchasing the fake N95 Masks!
The masks we are selling were sold to us by a company that we have ordered from in the past. They were sold to us as N95 masks. I have attached a copy of the invoice we were given. It is the same mask that I have been using and that I have issued my staff for protection. Until seeing the complaint I had no reason to doubt the authenticity of the masks. I have attempted to contact the customer to offer a refund but at the time of this writing I have not yet gotten a response. If there are any other questions please contact me at ***
