Office Staff is rude. Business manager is rude. They quote prices over the phone to sign up for DUI classes and once you attend and pay for the intake appointment ($50)they add on additional charges of $150 for assessment fees that they did not disclose over the phone. They charge $20 for a book that was not used in the one class I attended. I called 6 other places and found that no other facility charges for assessments. Also many include the book in the $40.00 intake fee. They refused to give me a refund on my unused book after I enrolled at another treatment facility.
