I am a resident of a Condo Complex in the southsideA contractor was doing re-roofing at that timeBy the way, on June 29, 2016, Thursday afternoon, simply put, my whole unit was exposed to the heavy rain for more than two hours without roofIt was when they took out the old roof and started re-roofing that the rain started to fall
My whole unit was damaged by water leakage; every edge where ceiling and wall meet, every corner where wall and wall meet, swollen drywall, discoloration, cracks on ceiling and walls, dents on walls, melted paints, spoiled carpet, etc
I asked Tamara Langille, General Manager of Bridgegate (my management company) to repair the damages by sending dozens of e-mails and submitting in person two requests and four complaints in writing since June 30, 2016, but no repair has been done yet at all as of September 1,
When I went to the office on August 11, 2016, she said to me, “I am meeting with the adjuster tomorrow, and he will make arrangements with each Unit Owner involved to assess the damages.” I waited for a week, but the adjuster didn’t showed up
So, I went to her office again on August 18, What she said was; “Meeting with adjuster has been rescheduled to today @ 3:pmAfter this new arrangements will be made.”
Now, I have been waiting for two weeksNo adjuster has called to make an arrangementAnd, I haven’t received any comment from Bridgegate about why it is delayed or when the adjuster will contact meI don’t know how long I have to wait more just for assessment, not for repairsI think it’s extravagant to expect any feedback from Bridgegate
When I went to Bridgegate office to ask about the Condominium Corporation’s response for the Requests and Complaints on August 18, 2016, Tamara L***, General Manager, got mad and yelled at me, “Get out of my office!” I was kicked out of the office by the manager
When Bridgegate started management for our Condo Complex, Tamara L*** sent a letter and said, “We strive to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients.” By the way, on the contrary, I am now experiencing the worst level of service in the worldIn conclusion, this management company is incapable of handling unexpected incidents
