Bridgeland Auto Brokers, Increceived a letter on 05/18/that was a complaint submitted to you on 05/13/ID #***.The customer purchased the vehicle on 02/05/which had for mileage andcame with a day/1000-mile warrantyOn or about 02/08/the customer contacted us
stating the 4xwas inoperable and that the passenger side and rear windshield washer does not sprayThe appointment was made for 02/11/2016, mileage in was 126916, which at that time we found that the passenger side washer nozzle broke which we replacedThe rear washer worked fine, just took a minute for fluid toget to rear of vehicle from washer bottleThe 4xwas road tested with a scanner and found torque is being delivered to rear drive axleNo diagnostic trouble codes were foundMileage out from that appointment was No cost to the customer.On 04/27/customer called in stating that her vehicle would not move over 10mph.She was instructed to bring right inWhen vehicle arrived, vehicle was brought right into shop to diagnose the problemThe cause was found to be a broken wire and bad range sensorWire was repaired and sensor replacedWe gave part at our cost and a discount on labor costMileage in was and mileage out was Total bill was $of which another discount was given of $and customer agreed and paid $200.00.On 05/17/2016, customer called and engine light was onWalter, Service Manager/Owner, called and left her a message that same dayOn 05/18/2016, Rob , President/Owner called and left her a message to call his cell phoneLater that day,Walter also left a message for a return callApproximately minutes later, she called back and Walter told her to bring the vehicle in as he would diagnose the problem at no cost to herMs *** stated she did not have time to bring the vehicle in as the check engine light went off and was not a concern at this time, that the vehicle was running finePer Ms*** she will call and make service appointment.We always strive to keep our customers happy and address any concerns they have.We feel we go above and beyond for all of our customers.Sincerely,Walter ***, Owner / VPresident
