Mrs [redacted] ,It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning I spoke with the customer on October 13th, in regards to her completing an application I told her the apartment she was interested in last week was no longer available for her desired move in date I provided her with two other apartments that would be available She said she would look at the two available apartments on the property map and get back to me with the apartment that would best fit her needs.I was unaware of the quote she was provided, at the time of our conversation She expressed her concerns regarding the quote she was provided by another employee and we honored her quote She completed her application on October 14th at the quoted price and is currently a resident of The Bridgemoor at Killeen.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns.Thank you, [redacted] Community ManagerThe Bridgemoor at Killeen [redacted]

*** *** ref* check was cut as advised to herIt was sent to her forwarding address as she wrote on her notice to vacateWhen she came into my office to ask about her deposit, I informed her that the check was cutShe advised me that she had yet to receive itI confirmed the forwarding
address with her a** at that time, she informed me that she was temporarily staying with her frie** on propertyShe informed me that she had notified the leasing agent at the time, of thisUpon researching her file, we discovered the pre walk through that was completed by the previous leasing agentIt did have the frie**s address on itI advised *** ***, that I can look into it to see if the check had been mailed out yet from corporate, because my system was only showing that it had been cut, not mailed*** *** came by the office the next day a** asked about it, I informed her that I contacted my property accountant a** the check had been mailed already

According to *** State Law, La**lords are required to return security deposits within thirty days of moving out a** providing written notice of your forwarding addressI gave the address *** *** *** *** *** ***, *** immediately following my walk through with a Bridgemoor employee June 30, The employee typed the address in the computer a** said it was taken care of
The check that was mailed to *** *** was dated August 08, My lease e**ed June 30, therefore making the check at least days late assuming it was mailed on the same day
I still do not have the checkFamily members have *** it to me at their own expense a** I expect to receive it August 27, State Law states I could technical sue for the following reasons:
If the la**lord has failed to either provide you with the security deposit or an itemized list of deductions within thirty days from moving out, the law may allow you to collect $100, three times the amount of the security deposit wrongly withheld, court costs, a** attorney's feesIf the la**lord improperly made deductions from the deposit you also have the opportunity to obtain the same damages a** penalties. Section 92.109, Property Code

[redacted] has received her ref* check in full, here at the property, the day after her final response. I didn't think it was necessary to respo** being that she had received it.
