I [redacted] sign an agreement for paying for certain services which were [redacted] Desired SettlementI want to get [redacted] Business Response Contract signed between the parties for services on Jan 16, 2014.All deliverables provided for in the contract were met on [redacted]Our firm has not been paid for the delivery of the services as outlined in the contract.Our position is that the deliverables in the contract were met and as such, the fee is payable.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This response is nothing but an effort to mislead the investigation. My complaint to Revdex.com is that "I was coaxed/mislead into signing an agreement for providing a service which is nothing but fake. In this response they just copy pasted the agreement which they got signed by malice. This agreement was done by misleading me by giving assurances that this payment will come off the commission when business gets sold. When I asked "Why do I have to pay so much upfront and why can't I pay later when business gets sold" ? I was told that the MPSP report that this agreement will prepare requires lots of work and people from different kinds of professions work as a team and they need to be paid for their work.After I got the report I was appalled.That report is farce and then I realized how I was hoodwinked into signing an agreement and ripped of my money. I have submitted a RBC cheque of $5250.00 to this business. I even asked him to submit the names of peoples who have worked on this report and how much they were paid to prepare this report. I haven;t received an answer as of yet. The whole modus operandi is to bind the customer by getting him to sign the agreement and then rip them of their money. By binding the customer in these illegal agreements they think they are safe and nobody can sue them. I am not sure for how long he has been doing this but I am going to put this to end now. Can't believe what people do for a living. Final Business Response We signed the contact with the Client to do the Broker's Opinion of Most Probable Selling Price of the business.This report gives people who are considering selling their business an accurate market based assessment of the expected business value of their business.Based on the contact, we completed the work and presented the report.It is not appropriate to release internal staff names in a dispute, and as such, we are not willing to do this.We have completed approximately 50# of this same report for other Clients over the last 5 years.ALL OF THESE OTHER CLIENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE REPORT'S INFORMATION AND FORMAT.We have not been paid for our work which was done in trust as we had a contract signed.
