On our packages page we do put that you have to call and inquire directly with the propertyPackages are limited based on availability and black out datesSometimes we can only offer of these packages ** a time based on availability and
tickets/passes *** vendorsDue to the high demand in our area we have not been able to honor these packages for many reasons and that is our property's discretionWe do not promise nor advertise that they will be available or are guaranteedHowever we do apologize and we will be removing all package information from our websiteIt will now read that Manager and Event specials may be available please inquire with the property directly

I do not accept their response because they are lyingFirst of all, they did not alter their website (** they said they would)Second of all, when I initially called and inquired about the advertised deal, the manager told me he didn't know what deal I was talking about, followed by some excuse about how it is a mistake on the websiteThen he told me to find a different hotel to stay **If you look ** their website, the deal is PROMINENTLY displayed and it is certainly no errorThis company is being disingenuous ** best, and downright dishonest ** worst

This will be my last response in regards to this caseI believe that my previous response to this issue was professional and TRUTHFULThe fact that this person called me a liar is completely disrespectful and goes to show that this is in fact not even a valid complaint anymore rather someone who just wants to go back and fourthAgain to reiterate we never promised nor guaranteed the packages that were displayed on our websiteMost properties do notThey unfortunately have restrictions and limitations based on a number of factorsHowever this complaint led us to remove all packages on our website even though we didn't do anything wrongThe consumer now says he was inquiring about ** advertised deal not a package ** first statedWe do not offer "deals" we did offer packages on our website** you can see we ** a business have done our due diligence to remove anything from our website that some may be able to misconstrued in regards to packages or advertised pricingNot much more we can do to satisfy this complaintI kindly ask that this case be closed
