I am rejecting this response because: This is yet another excuse and antic from *** ***, and shows his unprofessional behaviors( blaming his client/customer)He has had and was always given the CORRECT address all along(he is supposedly a MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL) That being said, *** *** at Bridgepoint Mortgage, LLC has always had the correct addressThe documents we provided you proves this and allowing this to go on and on is ridiculousMay we suggest asking him for proof of documents that a check has ACTUALLY been mailed or even cut by his company or to provide you with the tracking numberHe will only give you more excuses and stall tacticsIt would be wonderful to ACTUALLY have and be able to cash a check from Bridgepoint Mortgage, LLC We are not trying to have this drag on with excuses, we are simply trying to have Bridgepoint Mortgage, LLC and *** *** give the money to us he promised (in writing),Simply put we want this to end and move on*** *** at Bridgepoint Mortgage, LLC is the one who keeps this problem moving forwardThis company has already been notified and warned by the ** *** ** *** for failing to provide documents required by them in the past, however we obviously found this out to lateWe certainly hope you are able to help resolve this and have Bridgepoint Mortgage (*** ***) in reality issue us a checkPlease understand, we have also offered to physically go to his *** ** office to pick up the check, however, *** *** told us via email that that office is only a "sales office"He does have several address locationsin ** and in ** and in **, and we are finding morePlease help us to resolve by getting the money they need to reimburse to us, which they agreed to in writing and move on(we forwarded you the proving documents) if you need any other information please let us know.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, The business NEVER sent a check ANY previous timeIt was not until the Revdex.com and the *** ** *** got involved And not until the end of the time allotted by the *** ** *** the "business" finally sent a checkTherefore , we do not understand why Bridgepoint Mortgage would tell the Revdex.com that it was sent "again" this will not be the first complaint the Revdex.com hears about this company.
