Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately, [redacted] has shown me that not only is he unprofessional and not reputable, but he has also shown that he takes little pieces of things that he has heard along with inaccuracies and blatant lies and balls them up to make his own truth to justify his actions or lack there ofIt is a fact that he has previously admitted to me that my vehicle was damaged in his car wash by a malfunction with a lubricating bowlThe damage on the vehicle is consistent with where the wrap around came in contact with my vehicleAll of the damage is exactly the same height on the vehicle and his consistent where there were large bangs and thuds while I was in the car wash the day my vehicle was damaged [redacted] only changed his tune when I made it crystal clear to him that I wish for my vehicle to look exactly like it did before his car wash damaged itI do not wish to have my vehicle repaired in an unprofessional haphazard fashion that will surely show cosmetic signs of this hurried careless sloppy fashion in which his preferred body shop proposed to repair my vehicleThe cost of the repairing the vehicle correctly is why [redacted] has changed his tuneI WANT THE LEFT SIDE OF MY VEHICLE TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY VEHICLE, EXACTLY THE WAY MY VEHICLE LOOKED BEFORE THE CAR WASH DAMAGED IT Sincerely, [redacted] R [redacted]

11/06/15I will address this complaint in the same order as presented Consumer came to my attendant screaming as seen in the video claiming that something just occurred, then returned to his vehicleHe proceeds to dry it off by handAn incident report is filled out and talks with the attendant on dutyThe attendant says that he never stated the damages had just occurred, just filled out a report The bumper is chromeIt would take something made of metal to do something to itThis is an all cloth facilityNo metal ever comes in contact, as it would scratch and damage every carHe came in the next morning and says he went to his guy and said there was $2,in damagesNo estimate was produced until week laterWe examined his vehicleBeginning with the front bumper, I told him that the scratches would be a metal to metal contact, and it was impossible that it occurred hereNext were some small indentations in several locationsHe also claims that there is a section at the rear that something occurredI can not see any issue there at allI asked him to go to a paint-less dent removal facility to get an estimate and he says that they would not be able to do any repairs per his guyI said that his guy is probably not a paint-less dent removal facility, and would not want to lose the businessThe following day he returns and says the paint-less facility would be unable to fix itAs of this date I am unaware of any facility he might or might not have gone toI ask him to go to a very reputable facility to get another estimate*** Auto BodyI have seen their work and it looks wonderfulThe next day he brings me one for $1,It includes the cost of a new front bumper, and repair to the rear section which I don't even see an issue withI told him I would not agree to either of the sections for any type of repairHe begins to tell me that the people at *** don't know what they are doingI later spoke with the facility and he basically told them to paint the whole side of the vehicle and include a new front bumper tooThe consumer came in the next day and began to "tell me what I was going to do"He continued to get more angry , told me he would be in the next day for my decision, and stormed out the showroom, surprisingly not breaking my front doorHe never allowed me to speak, or inform him I would be unavailable the next dayI left word with another cashier that he could go through his insurance company, as I would not agree to such made up damagesHe again left angry, and proceeded to stop for several days looking for me, telling my employees I was dodging himHe is unaware of my work scheduleWhere I was is of no concern to himI was not dodging him as he claims, I was not hereThe final day he comes in, again he was not allowing me to speakI told him that if he stopped interrupting me, I would proceedDuring the discussion, he insulted my reputation, and my character as a personI defended myself, and am insulted at his accusations towards meI said that there maybe an issue with the oil bowlUpon examination, there was nothing wrong with it, and no repairs or replacement has been madeIt is the same bowl as when new, and is still in operation today In conclusion, we have washed many cars prior, and thousands of vehicles sinceThere has been NO issues with that piece of equipmentIf it occurred here at that time, then every car after him would have had the same issuesWe wash larger trucks including HummersAnd some of them every dayNo damage to any of them We have a great reputation in the areaMany customers have stopped me and have commended me and my employees on our wash process and their interactions with everyone hereI am highly offended at his commentsI not once verbally attacked him or his characterAs a business owner, sometimes you take responsibility for things even if they may have not occurred hereI believed this was a minor issue, with minimal cost to repairAnd I believe a paint-less dent removal place would have been able to repair it at a minimal costThis I believe now has been exaggerated and am no longer willing to help with the repair, and am not even sure anymore if it occurred here in the first place He says his truck is the envy of everyoneIt looks like an everyday truck to me, being almost years old, and over 90,miles on it, in Chicago's climateHe had one of our fast passes, and has washed timesThat is why I tried to satisfy his concerns, and provide good customer serviceAfter his actions, I will no longer wish him as a customer, and he already said that he will be no longer using our facility since day one

And I am rejecting his reponse.I fully answered the complaint in my original correspondance. I will not respond to his repeated attacks on me, the business, or the body shop I sent him to. And since he did not fully answer to the facts I pointed out, he appears to be selective. All of my responses to this matter can be seen in the previous statement. I will not continue to respond to his continued anger in person or in this or future writings.
