Nasty Racist security guard.
I was waiting for my daughter to come out with her baby from the 6 floor and every place I parked this lady yelled at me told me to move, but when other cars did the EXACT same thing I did she didn’t say nothing. Skin color was literally the only difference!

NOT HUMAN NURSES AND HELP
My husband just in but hospital for utilities, then then checked blood and said negative now 2 days later they said strep in blood and treating both problems, he has been extremely sick for 10 yrs with cancer and the past few months started sundowning so they tie his hands so he can't reach phone and sedate him so much he could not even speak, I told them I don't want him satiated to the point words are so mumbled we ca't understand him, and now his hands tied, I called Shannon Kemp no response, Dr Morris chief medical officer no response, chief nurse M o Rllen Kosturk no response, and Ann Diamond no response, maybe older patients should not go there since they sedate so you can't even understand them and my husband tonight said he did not eat dinner and I know around 5 nurse called and they were medicating him because he was sun downing and layer called me and aid he did not eat dinner and I asked nurse Ann to give him something a sandwich and couple of crackers she coldly said he ate and there's nothing, I asked her to give him sip of water he said his mouth so dry and she coldly said he could reach what a mistake it is to go to bpt. hospital,

I had blood work done here twice, in spite of hating blood work, because my joints hurt, my body aches and I'm always tired. It's disappointing that they found nothing wrong with my blood, because something is obviously still wrong with me, months later. Plus, even with insurance, I still have to pay them $200 for a problem that hasn't been solved. Ok fine! But then what? The online payment form is a huge hassle and doesn't work simply. If I want to buy a product it takes two seconds with PayPal, and here I am trying to pay this bill and the online payment doesn't work either, even after creating an account, just like the blood tests. To top it all off, Quest has a one star review as well. Fairfield county needs to improve the quality of its blood testing centers.

This happen 3weeks ago and I'm so upset still I pray and still upset cause I know this did not just happen to me. My aunt was ill in the Er and one dr. Keep telling my cousin which is his mom their nothing they can due and she was just given medicine maybe 3hr one of her lungs where full of liquid and the other 80% she was on a breathing machine, and they keep saying their no hope please make a decision my cousin said no I will not give up on my mom and god and machine 1 hr later the same?from the dr. When I walk back from my aunt room through the ER to go off on that red head /censored/ that was so cold and keep asking the same ? We all know life is not forever but have compassion give the family space in the family will give you an answer you don't have to ask to three times within a three hour do you know how we felt so please don't give up they are only doctors they are not God ?

Review: I went to the bridgeport hospital draw station ([redacted]) for blood work. I specifically asked them (more than once) if they took my insurance([redacted]-govt). They told me that they did. I am now told that although they take my insurance, they are not a participating provider. I would have to pay the deductible. I am now being billed $860 or so for blood work that I could have gotten for a $20 copayment at another lab. When I spoke to the lab, I asked why they wouldn't tell me that they were not a participating provider and they just kept saying that they did take my insurance, but that they were not a participating provider. I told them that it was unethical that they would not explain that I would owe them over $800 even though they took my insurance. I even offered to settle for $100 or so and was told that the bill would remain and I couldn't do anything about it. I am a college student living on my own. I do not have that kind of money for blood work. I am afraid of ruining my credit over this. Please help me resolve this .Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I would like the lab to take whatever the insurance already paid them and for them to explain to future patients what it means when they say that they take your insurance. Let patients know what it may cost if the lab is not a "participating provider", but they say they take your insurance.

Dear Ms. [redacted],

We appreciate your feedback and have completed our investigation into the issues you have outline in case #[redacted] on August 30, 2013. Please find below information on the actions that Bridgeport Hospital has taken to address your feedback.

Resolution Actions Summary: An investigation was conducted by the following; Associate Director of Patient Relations, Senior Manager of Admitting & Registration and the Support Service Manager of the [redacted] draw station.

Resolution Notes: Our [redacted] Draw Station does accept insurance from many different insurers. Although we may accept a particular insurance, our employees do not know if a particular patient's coverage is in or out of network. Knowledge of network coverage is the responsibility of the insured. In response to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, we met with all the staff members that assisted Ms. [redacted] and asked how they proceed with a patient presents a question about network coverage. All the employees stated that when a patient asks them if Bridgeport Hospital is in network, they direct the patient to check with their insurance provider for any questions or details of coverage. The staff also stated that they will offer patient's the use of our telephone in order to call their insurance provider to determine coverage status. We have addressed your feedback to the best of our abilities, however if there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to call Patient Relations at ###-###-####
