Review: I brought my dog in for an examination on her foot and the doctor was very unprofessional. He would barely examine her until I asked him to look at her from head to toe. After he gave her a quick shot and gave me pills for her foot without explaining what he found, he tried walking out of the room until I told him to look at every inch of her. He then finally found a loose tooth and inflammation and recommended extraction for a hefty fee. I asked why he didnt look at her until I asked since I was paying for just that and he didnt answer me. The facility was absolutely disgusting as well. I kept her there only bc my usual vet was much further and could not make an appt until weeks later. There was fur, dust and hair everywhere and I had my toddler with me as well. I couldnt sit down bc it was so dirty. When leaving they gave me my total and I told them I should t have to pay so much bc they didnt even examine her thouroughly. They said if I had any issues to come back in and theyd see her for free or refund my money. I waited two wks to see signs of improvement and there were none. I called them back and they downright refused the refund but ofcourse invited me to spend more money. I am appauled and livid that now ive spent $155 there and need to spend alot more for better service but couldnt get any resolution.Desired Settlement: I want my $155 back and for an investigation to be done by the health department if possible. At the very least a refund please!

Review: Six months ago I brought my dog to Bridgeport Vet hospital [redacted] to receive treatment for manage, Which I paid $400.00 for the cost of the treatment. My dog still is not better to this day. The manage is not going away. The vet had told me that they were going to give him an oral medication, now which I have to pay another $200.00. which I feel I should not pay for something I already have paid for 6 months ago. the office has not called the prescription into the pharmacy which has been already 2 weeks. I have called office numerous of times and I receive no feedback. my dog is getting worst and losing weight. I am outraged that they treat there customers like this. I would like my money back that I paid for the treatment so I can bring my dog to another vet to get the treatment he deserve. Also while he was receiving treatment I feel my dog was mistreated. Every time I went to pick up my dog I would notice he would be acting different, he was acting very scared. everytime one of the workers went top take him out of the cage I would hear him yelping like he was being mistreated. On one occasion I picked him up and he vomited feces, they let him eat dog poop. also went he was going for his shots the veterinarian would hurt the dog poking the needle into his ribs.Desired Settlement: Refund of the cost of the treatment
