To whom it may concern, We reached out to [redacted] on 8/23/17 after we had seen her resume on [redacted].com. Please see the attached photo of my initial post interview email. I then called [redacted] back on 8/25/17 and got no answer, to which I left a message asking [redacted] if she had had any...

trouble completing her profile with connectRN. We did not hear from [redacted] until 8/31/17 at 2:23am where via email she reached out telling us that she had completed her profile (see second attached screenshot). I did not hear from [redacted] before then, and she had never expressed any concerns to me about sending any documentation over to me before filing this complaint. Between the time of our initial contact and the time that she submitted the complaint, we did not receive any emails or phone calls as she has expressed. We since have made contact with [redacted] and cleared any concerns she had about our business and our credibility. We still plan to continue with onboarding for [redacted].  If there are any further questions, please feel free to contact me via email at [redacted] or on my personal line [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:MY INITIAL viewing of this mail is 12:30 a.m. and I am not sure I can fully and adequately respond within 30 minutes;  I am very tired and am fighting increased depression over such a heinous response by Mr. [redacted].  I will try.   1) I resent being referred to as [redacted], never anything but [redacted]. It's just lack of respect.2) I am not [redacted]; I am [redacted]; again simply lack of respect.3) my home is not "60 years old" but is close to 43.  Inaccuracy, untruthful,  awful stretch of truth (I never needlessly misrepresented the home's age). 4) Discussion of "shingles" never happened.  Never.  I did request a silver tar which is reputed to be superior;  Mr.[redacted] claimed it not to be available so I went with what they had.  5)MY INSPECTION was impossible as I lost full use of my legs last fall and so could not climb onto the roof to take even a cursory glance.  Though I would never ever know what was a "satisfactory" roofing job.  I am clueless in most anything involving manual repair.  I have to trust anyone I pay to do a proper job.  "Inspection" is another lie.  We knew it would take a rainfall to prove the work.6) Material at "$800" is a lie.  I paid the on-site helper FOUR hundred to cover those costs, as requested.       6)

Dear Mr. [redacted], Thank you for the opportunity to clarify the situation regarding [redacted]’s roof. I was initially contacted by [redacted] to replace the front deck on his home as well as replace the tar over the roof of the kitchen, which had been leaking. As Mr. [redacted]’s home is a manufactured home...

nearing 60 years of age, I mentioned to him that his suggestion to simply re-tar would be a quick fix rather than a long term solution and even informed him that if he had a shingled roof he would now be on his 3rd roof, given the age of his home, but he insisted that is how he wanted it done. The roof was re-tarred and I built him a beautiful, quality deck that I stained for [redacted] at no extra cost. [redacted] mentions in his letter that he is physically unable to get onto the roof to do quality checks, but when we began removing his decaying roofing tar he did in fact come have a look. I remember him being pleasantly surprised that we were removing the old tar and reapplying a color-matched exterior caulking to the entire roof of his home, front to back. Upon completion of the roof, [redacted] inspected it again and voiced his satisfaction with the work. In his complaint, [redacted] suggests that he was wrongfully charged for lumber upon completion of the work, when it was time to provide payment. The materials for his deck were approximately $800.00, which would mean that he would be paying $150.00 for labor between two workers and over two full days.  It would be very challenging to survive on wages so low, especially with all the costs of running a business, and I certainly do not pretend those are my rates when I quote work so I am unsure about Mr. [redacted]’s reasoning on the calculations in this regard. When it came time to bill Mr. [redacted], he got upset at the cost of the Government’s Sale Tax (GST) on the invoice and stated he wanted to pay cash to avoid having to pay it. He accused me of not providing him with a “proper” bill of sale. I had my templates for my invoices professionally made and have been using them for 5 years for businesses, home-owners and insurance companies so I was unsure of how else to please him in this regard. I am a hard working journeyman carpenter who owns a legitimate, licensed and insured construction company. I pride myself on my work and know the value of customer satisfaction, as evidenced by repeat clients and a lengthy list of references, some who could even be contacted if necessary. I have clients with whom I have had complications and misunderstandings during a project, that have been resolved promptly and professionally who could attest to my character and dedication to problem solving during those times. Fortunately, in my 5 years of business I have never had to deal with a client as demanding and problematic as [redacted]. I am also able to provide you with pictures of the job, copy of bill of sale and receipts for materials. Please let me know what else I can do to resolve this issue as I do not want this to cause any problems for my small business and it’s good reputation in the community of Red Deer and surrounding areas. Thank you,Geoffrey [redacted] why here...
