Mr [redacted] and his wife were going off a half finished jobThey would not let us finish itWe were more than willing to do the work and to make it look niceAs far as the countertop, in the contract it states and Mr [redacted] agreed that we would get any countertop they wanted that [redacted] carried in stock [redacted] does not carry ft countertops as they are custom orderedWe got the ft and told Mr [redacted] we would put a seam in, which he agreed to and we asked him where he wanted the seamWe put it where he wanted itAs far as a delay; Mrand Mrs [redacted] decided to do a countertop without backsplash for the breakfast barThey ordered it themselves, and they were the cause of the delayMr [redacted] seems to be a reasonable fella, we would talk to him and decide on something and then the next day he would say the oppositeI assume because he spoke to his wife and she was not happy with the decisionI followed everything to the contractHe was the one that broke itIn the contract it states that they would allow us access to the house from 8AM-8PM and they did notThey kept of going on half finished work and would not allow us to finish it and make it rightI was willing to continue and I still do wish to continueAs far as the keys, I admit I did misplace them and I offered to pay him to have the locks changed, but he refusedI believe in customer satisfaction above all us, but if they do not allow us access to the job, there is nothing I can doIf he were to allow me access now, I will finish the job

stock. [redacted] does not carry 12 ft countertops as they are custom ordered. We got the 10 ft and told Mr. [redacted] we would put a seam in, which he agreed to and we asked him where he wanted the seam. We put it where he wanted it. As far as a delay; Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] decided to do a countertop without backsplash for the breakfast bar. They ordered it themselves, and they were the cause of the delay.
