Review: The problem started when we placed an order for a small home improvement project in July. We placed the order by phone and paid with a credit card. I was surprised at the cost at the time ($280), but thought nothing of it at the time. We were very specific in about the project that we were doing and the measurements that we needed. We went to pick-up the order later in the week to find out that the order was 7 times the amount that we had ordered, which explains the cost. After talking with the production manager, Robert, we had come to the agreement that we would "split" the mistake, which was more than accommodating considering it was his employee's mistake. He agreed to send me a refund check, which totaled more than $100. It is now almost October and I have yet to see a refund check. I have called 3 or 4 times to address the issue, only to reach a voicemail machine that must be broken, because I never get a response. I have made contact with him on several other occasions, with him promising to "look into it," however he never calls me back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the refund that I was promised for the mistake on my order.
