In regards to the complaint aboveWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has provided to [redacted] and her husbandDue to fair housing laws, we are not able to take each lease on an individual basisWe have to have the same requirements for all rentersWe did give them the option to re-rent their apartmentWe have not had anyone ask for their unit type, and they also had the option to find renters to take over their leaseI have attached the front page of their lease where they initial acknowledged specifically the notice policyBecause we are located downtown we receive a lot of short term leases, where some may choose to extend their lease once they have relocated to the stateWe don’t always know if the residents are choosing to stay and extend their lease or if they are choosing to give notice at the end of their leaseAgain, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused themThank you, Tori C [redacted] | Senior Business Manager
