Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The claims of third party involvement in order to obfuscate the truth and circumvent responsibility are an excellent example of the difficulties we have been having in dealing with this business owner over the past many months. Rather than directly discuss our issues or attempt to solve it, we have repeatedly been given some fantastic story or excuse why they cannot or will not address our issue.
The response statement contradicts itself. The first several sentences claim a third party is involved and that our transaction was not with her or her business and that she was simply acting as some sort of broker. She then goes on to make reference to policies from the Bridges Boxers website. This would imply that the owner agrees that our business is with her. Yet she repeated invokes this third party. If the statement about the third party were true, it would render the statements about Bridges Boxers policies irrelevant
The fact is our business was with Bridges Boxers. When we began looking for a dog, we called and spoke with the owner who touted the quality and breeding of her business’s dogs. We met with the owner at her house which is also the business location for Bridges Boxers. She was in possession of our dog at the time we went to meet him and she represented him as her property. During our visit, the owner pointed out her male boxer which is our dog’s father. We decided to purchase the puppy and wrote a check to the owner of Bridges Boxers for the dog. There was no mention of a third party at anytime during this transaction nor was any documentation to that effect ever presented to us. The attached check which the owner of Bridges Boxers cashed is proof that our transaction was with her and not a third party
The scanned poor quality image of the registration for our dog is one of the many documents the owner of Bridges Boxers promised us at the time of sale that she would mail to us. To date we have never received any of this promised paperwork. We were promised a puppy packet which was to include a certified vet check, a copy of his guarantee and his AKC paperwork. After months of asking about it, she did text us the same blurry photograph of his AKC paperwork which she attached in response to our complaint, but the image is poor quality and thus is of little use
We have been very clear and consistent for months in communicating our grievances to this owner. Despite repeated communication via text, and phone, they have declined to address our issue or fulfill the promises they made at the time of sale. In addition, they have now moved on to the fiction that our transaction was not even with them despite irrefutable proof to the contrary (see attached check). We are quite disappointed at the sharp contrast between the claims of quality and professionalism touted on this business’s website and the reality of dealing with them

I have never had any correspondence with you personally! What I do know is that I have communicated with your wife *** and she did not tell me about the heart murmur until weeks after the initial vet visit when I reached out to her to see how *** was doing in his new homeIf you felt that your puppy was of such poor quality that renders a $refund, why did you or *** not contact me right after the vet visit? In which at that time you could have returned *** in order to prevent your "thousands" of dollars in vet bills? I will not deny the fact that you and your wife picked up the pup from my homeI will in fact add that you are not correct in saying you had no knowledge he was not from my kennel! You were at my home as I pointed out my male and said he is the sire (stud) female belongs to my cousinYou say that there was "no mention" of a third partySo did you ask to see *** Mom? If so, what was my response? I would like you to provide me with proof that you contacted me right after you found out about the murmur and I did not acknowledge your claimThe dam was from my cousin and his wife and as you asked for paperwork, I also reached out to her in regards to the same questionUnfortunately I was unable to get itAs I sent you the only document she sent me and that was a photo of his AKC papersThe reason I sent my agreement was to show that a murmur is not covered under my agreement nor my cousinsI did let *** know since he was out of my stud, I would be willing to cover him under my health guarantee, again murmurs are not covered nor any vet billsThe only time she asked for money, was after he had a cherry eye! The monies you want refunded were not even due to his heart murmur, they were because he got cherry eye (which is very uncommon in boxers)Like I said, no matter if you did receive the vet papers or not, you did not even let me know until weeks after the fact when I reached out to ***If you felt you were wronged in any way by getting a "low grade pup" why did you not call or come by my house? You said you have been to my home? If it were me and I felt as if the "premium" puppy I purchased and paid $for turned out to have a murmur days later at his vet visit, I would have went to your home and demanded my money back, a refund or something! I am a third party and I have not fabricated any of my conversations with your wife! I have been really honest and returned her calls and text within a timely mannerI'm honestly not sure why you are reporting me to the Revdex.com when I do not have a business licenseI am a hobby breeder and this is my first and last complaint! I have done everything I can to assist and even willing to provide you with a replacement puppy in which your wife declinedI will not provide you with a refund of $as you never notified me of *** murmurIf you would have notified me, I would have definitely at that time, days after he went to your home, taken him back and refunded your money or provided you with some sort of refundYou can report me to whom ever you want but this is my final email as I have made it very clear that you, Mrand Mrs*** were in the wrong by not contacting me on the day of your initial vet visit days after receiving ***I will once again attach *** AKC papers showing I was not his "breeder" nor the litter owner.

These accusations are false! I have tried to work with this family and the "breeder" and they did not agree! I am only the middle guy as this family contacted me via my websiteI am not the breeder of these puppies! I have attached screenshots of our text messages and the guarantee on my

Re: ID#[redacted] We received wrong part, wrong pricing. I personally spent most of the day after receiving the bad parts trying to locate the proper Brake drum, Brake assembly, Bearings & etc, only to be told that none of my suppliers have the items in stock, that they had contacted the...

manufacturer, and was told that it would take two weeks to get manufactured. Mr. [redacted] has an extended warranty policy with USA Travel Care. His policy covers broken parts and not maintenance. Mr. [redacted] requested us to repack all of his wheel bearings. Repacking is not covered under his policy. The USA Travel company, when contacted for approval would only pay my cost for any partsused which leaves me with no profit for the job. Therefor it is left for the customer to pay and seek reimbursement from USA Travel Company. This was explained to Mr. [redacted].Previously stated we had received the wrong parts & pricing, therefor there are changes made to the estimate and billing invoice.I do not know how better we could have treated Mr. [redacted], We had a lot full of clients coaches with deadlines for repair and we still took him in to assist him in his travels, putting him at the top of our list until the problem was resolved.Mr. [redacted] states that he made us mad due to him getting the brake drum is not true we were happy to be able to get his rig out of the way, however he only ordered the brake drum not the bearings and brake assy.
