On 12-5-16 (Sunday), I ordered uniform supplies for my teen daughter for her new job at[redacted]. I paid $75 for 2 day shipping as I needed the items quickly. I called the next afternoon (Monday) when I checked the website and the order was not even marked as shipped. I was told Sunday was not a business day and that it would ship that day. I was concerned it would not arrive on time so I asked to cancel the order. I was told it was packed and sitting at the warehouse waiting to be picked up for shipment and could not be cancelled. I was then told that they would check with the warehouse to see if it could be picked up sooner and that I would be called later that day and given a status update. I was also told I could pay MORE for overnight shipping for which I declined as I just paid $75. Funny that the shipping terms could be changed but the order couldn't be cancelled. I waited for the return call which never happened. I checked the status on Tuesday and the website says it is still waiting to ship. I called and left a message on their answering machine asking about shipment. I also emailed and asked about shipment. I was not called back but did receive an email stating that they stood by their shipping and that I would receive the package on Wednesday. I went out that night and we managed to get the uniform put together. Wednesday arrives and no package and it is still marked as waiting to ship on the website. I called Thursday and requested a refund including shipping. I was reassured that I would be refunded as soon as the package arrived and was shipped back. I was told that tracking showed the item would be delivered Friday. Of course no package on Friday or Saturday or even the next Monday. I check with the post office on Tuesday the 13th and it isn't there. I call AGAIN on Wednesday and am told it was delivered the previous week on Friday. I explain that I don't have the package. I'm told they would have to do a trace on the package through UPS. I was told it would take a few days and that she would get back to me. Well it is now December 20th and I have never received a call about the missing package. I have never even been provided with a tracking # of any sort. This is a horrible company that is incapable of making a return phone call. I am currently out nearly $200 dollars.
