On 12-5-(Sunday), I ordered uniform supplies for my teen daughter for her new job at [redacted] I paid $for day shipping as I needed the items quicklyI called the next afternoon (Monday) when I checked the website and the order was not even marked as shippedI was told Sunday was not a business day and that it would ship that dayI was concerned it would not arrive on time so I asked to cancel the orderI was told it was packed and sitting at the warehouse waiting to be picked up for shipment and could not be cancelledI was then told that they would check with the warehouse to see if it could be picked up sooner and that I would be called later that day and given a status updateI was also told I could pay MORE for overnight shipping for which I declined as I just paid $Funny that the shipping terms could be changed but the order couldn't be cancelledI waited for the return call which never happenedI checked the status on Tuesday and the website says it is still waiting to shipI called and left a message on their answering machine asking about shipmentI also emailed and asked about shipmentI was not called back but did receive an email stating that they stood by their shipping and that I would receive the package on WednesdayI went out that night and we managed to get the uniform put togetherWednesday arrives and no package and it is still marked as waiting to ship on the websiteI called Thursday and requested a refund including shippingI was reassured that I would be refunded as soon as the package arrived and was shipped backI was told that tracking showed the item would be delivered FridayOf course no package on Friday or Saturday or even the next MondayI check with the post office on Tuesday the 13th and it isn't thereI call AGAIN on Wednesday and am told it was delivered the previous week on FridayI explain that I don't have the packageI'm told they would have to do a trace on the package through UPSI was told it would take a few days and that she would get back to meWell it is now December 20th and I have never received a call about the missing packageI have never even been provided with a tracking # of any sortThis is a horrible company that is incapable of making a return phone callI am currently out nearly $dollars
