It says refund was issued on the 22nd
thru their billing department but it has been days and I have not received a check, email or call to let me know the refund has been processed I was told this should only take a week also their response does not say the amount of the refund as I feel a full refund is in order I would never have had the work started with this dentist and now I have sporadic teeth to eat with and have to wait to find another dentist until I have the refund back plus the money I paid out for the dental plan that I now cannot useI would like an email letting me know when the business paid and how much

We do apologize for the delay in getting this issue resolved. As of today we have instructed the billing department to process a refund for overpayment. This process could take up to 14 business days to complete. Thank you
