Dear *** *** ***:Thank you for your letter of ID #***,*** *** *** brought his *** (years old) to Professional Auto Body to fix his trunk on 4/12/2015.Two weeks later he called me and complained about some scratches on his trunk, I told him to bring it back and I would take
care of the problemAnd I did.Three months later on 7/31/2015, *** *** called me again and complained that there are some more scratches on the lower part of the trunk! *** *** brought the car back and it took MrMarlon H***, who has more than years of painting experience and did the original painting of the car, two days to fix the problemOn 9/26/in the morning *** *** came and picked up his car without telling me or signing any paperwork!*** ***, I have been in this service business for yearsI already learned that for some customers you cannot satisfy them 100%!!!I would request that *** *** takes pictures of the scratches for you to see!Desire Settlement:I will fix it the 4" time if *** *** wants me to do so.Regards,M*** A** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I no longer have any confidence that Professional Auto Body to resolve the problem.  I have given the body shop three (3) opportunities to solve the problem and complete the work accurately. Each time I visited the body shop and explained the issue, the painter/person from the body shop acknowledges the work was not completed accurately but fails to completely resolve the issue.  During my last visit, Mr. Marlon H[redacted] (more 20 years of painting experience) informed me that the person that originally worked on my car in April 2015 was no longer employed with the body shop because of the poor workmanship and complains from other customers just like me about the poor repairs. Mr. M[redacted] has no quality assurance process to ensure the finish product is completed right.  Instead Mr. M[redacted] prefers to cut corners to save a few dollars and hope that customers will not notice the poor quality repairs.  Mr. M[redacted] is correct that on 9/26 I picked up my car without telling him or signing any paper work.  What he fails to explain is that I spent two hours of my morning that day showing Mr. H[redacted] all the different places where the previous person failed to remove all the scratches.  It's very frustrating and disappointing that a simple trunk repair and paint cannot be completed accurately and with good quality.  I have given the body shop multiple opportunities to complete the work.  I want a refund of my money in order to pay a new body to repaint my trunk.      Regards,
