[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I no longer have any confidence that Professional Auto Body to resolve the problem I have given the body shop three (3) opportunities to solve the problem and complete the work accuratelyEach time I visited the body shop and explained the issue, the painter/person from the body shop acknowledges the work was not completed accurately but fails to completely resolve the issue During my last visit, MrMarlon H [redacted] (more years of painting experience) informed me that the person that originally worked on my car in April was no longer employed with the body shop because of the poor workmanship and complains from other customers just like me about the poor repairsMrM [redacted] has no quality assurance process to ensure the finish product is completed right Instead MrM [redacted] prefers to cut corners to save a few dollars and hope that customers will not notice the poor quality repairs MrM [redacted] is correct that on 9/I picked up my car without telling him or signing any paper work What he fails to explain is that I spent two hours of my morning that day showing MrH [redacted] all the different places where the previous person failed to remove all the scratches It's very frustrating and disappointing that a simple trunk repair and paint cannot be completed accurately and with good quality I have given the body shop multiple opportunities to complete the work I want a refund of my money in order to pay a new body to repaint my trunk Regards, [redacted] ***
