Mark is very big on customer service and quality of work! When he first learned that there was some leaking at my home he was very concerned. His company had replaced the roof 4 years before. Over the phone he explained that experience told him that because of the high quality of materials used and the process that was used for the roofing work his company had done that the problem was most certainly caused by some other factors, like maybe with the insulation and vapor barrier and such. When Mark came down he spotted the likely source of the problem in the wall and siding that was allowing water to wick in. To be certain he scheduled another man from his crew to climb up and do a physical inspection. The point is that during this entire process Mark was extremely concerned to make sure his company name and reputation would not be tarnished by any evidence of poor work. He conducted himself calmly and professionally even when being challenged unfairly as it turned out, and he did all this 4 years after the original job was done, at no charge. Obviously a great company to deal with.
